OT: Olu and an all-you-can-eat meat buffet
Olu Oluwatimi recently participated in an all-you-can-eat meat buffet with four other O-line NFL prospects:

Old-timers here may recall a related UM story:

Lawry’s and the Rose Bowl. Two great traditions.
Fun Fact: The restaurant they went to, Fogo De Chao, has a location in Rosemont literally connected to the Big Ten Headquarters.
I went to Texas de Brazil and wasn't too impressed. The sides were mediocre but it did have a great salad bar.
Fogo and Texas seem interchangeable to me. There was a time in my youth I had a taste for such but now I much prefer quality over quantity.
Fogo is better

"As good as the stories of how the current team has been enjoying themselves in sunny, cold Jax, I know I'm not the only one here who is looking forward to stories about the next Beef Bowl and the exploits of Will Campbell or Taylor Lewan as they try to live up to the legacy of Ed Muransky."
This was MGoShoe's comment in 2010, and we still haven't made it back to the Rose Bowl.

True, there was a lot of wandering through the desert since 2010. But the last two years UM has been so good they've forced other teams to have to settle for the Rose Bowl. (As sad as that sounds.) Last year the B1G Rose Bowl representative was the 3rd best team in the B1G East.

If you ever get the opportunity, try out Rodizio Grill. We have like 4 different Brazilian grills like this within driving range of me, and Rodizio is hands down the best of them. Salad bar is premier, meats are better, better selection, etc.

If you are ever lucky enough to find yourself in Rio de Janeiro, don't miss Porcão.

I ate at a churrascaria in Brazil several years ago and burped up meat from eating so much. It was legit.
Not very strategic if you want to win. Take your dump 1st and dehydrate yourself a little bit before you go to work.
Brazilian steakhouses are terrible. At least for an old guy like me. I'd much rather get one small steak of great quality than an entire cow of garbage quality not cooked the way I want it. The salad bars are usually nice but if the best thing about your steakhouse is the salad bar you've got problems.
