OT: Navy's "Beat Army" Uniforms 2016
Just a couple days back Army unveiled their sweet "Beat Navy" uniforms. Now Navy has released their "Beat Army" 2016 rendition. They've done it again with another sweet helmet.

In the minority here, but I prefer Navy's unis in this game. I think I'm partial to road colors, especially when the home uniforms take a solid color approach.
I will state that there are definitely limits, namely whatever the hell Maryland vomits up every year.

Navy definitely looks better. I may be in the minority too but I actually hated the Army look. Wearing the same color helmet, jersey, and pants never, ever looks good no matter what the color.
I actually really wish we could just see Army's traditional uniforms vs. Navy's traditional uniforms and not these excuses for Nike's designers to continue being employed, but now I know for sure I'm wandering into minority territory.

Navy is UA, not Nike. UA's designers evidently also need to validate their employment.

helmets are cool. Unis are awful. The shoulders are terrible. And what's up with the colors? Shouldn't navy be gold?

I really wish they would stick to their regular uniforms for Army-Navy. The gold helmets vs. the gold helmets with a black strip is an iconic match-up.

but I still like the ones from last year better.
Unfortunately the streak will likely come to an end on Saturday for the Midshipmen.

Agreed on last year's unis...the ships on the helmets were incredible.

Saw the one guy get hurt against Temple. But with that running offense they should be ok. Still the favorite in Vegas too.

and celebrating brown shoes yeah, but my grandfather flew gliders delivering the Airborne into Holland so I like the Army unifromz better.
That said, even though I think being down a QB and RB it is going to be much closer than expected a week ago:

Kind of dig them. The top's mimic the Naval Dress Uniforms. Would look bette with white pants, but still kind of neat.
