Godfather 2, Toy Story 2, and even though he's not 2 (more like 6), Daniel Craig is the best Bond so far, and his are the best Bond movies.

Terminator was a gritty, low-budget cyberpunk classic.

Terminator 2 was a big budget adaptation of Of Mice And Men, except instead of Lenny and George, you have that kid and his lovable robot guardian who was reprogrammed to have a heart. Pretty lame.

Maybe I missed some of the posts, but Superman II should've been said by many. It was by far a very good sequel that many considered more entertaining and better than the first.

I have to disagree. Iron Man was a fun story about engineering and overcoming obstacles set in a goofy science fiction world. Iron Man 2 was a complete incoherent mess that only served as a two hour advertisement for The Avengers.

Have to throw it in here, didn't see anyone else with it and could've missed it. When I was like 10 and 11 years old I probably watched Beverly Hills Cop 2 about 200 times. Wasn't even close to a fan of the first one like I was the second.
