FauxMo

I'm sure he'll use that money to find out who REALLY killed Aaron Hernandez's victims. Or maybe to help Tebow cure the Gays, or to keep a few mouthy coed undergrads quiet???

Not at all, except for the ones that try to convert me at my front door. Ooooh, and the one I met when I was 17, who was working at a grocery store while on parole for a double murder, but tried to convince me he was going to heaven and I was going to hell because he had accepted Jesus as his personal savior and I had not. But he was not so much offensive as hilarious...

The fact that FauxMo only used the term "cure the Gays" and you immediately jumped to "hating on Tebow for being a Christian" is dripping with such irony. Far too much bigotry is disguised as "Christian" and bigots tend to out themselves by defending their faith when called out for bigotry. On a side note, am I the only one whose gaydar goes berserk every time I see a Tebow interview? I think he's overcompensating or at least unable to accept himself. I think he's trapped in a prison of his own making, and if he didn't have millions of dollars, I would feel sorry for the guy.

So calling someone out for bigotry while making the statement you just made is what? You're an idiot. And yes fauxmo was callin out tebow for his faith. The fact that he didn't deny it and kept at it proves you wrong. So either learn how to read and comprehend or just shut up

I'm pretty sure I didn't misunderstand you. But yea saying that someone is gay when/if they're not without any validation from him would seem to be an insult. Yes even in your world buddy. Maybe not so much an insult but certainly wrong.

I could be way off. If it seems to be an insult to you, then perhaps you misunderstood my initial meaning. It's just my opinion, and "I think he's gay" is just a thing. "I think he would be way better off if he weren't in denial about it" is something else I can say about him, and that would be a criticism.

Regret what exactly?? he’s already arguably their second greatest coach of all time even if we beat them the next 2 years he still owns us. He’s whipping almost everyone in the big ten except MSU which is actually not a good thing. He has lost a shit ton of talent and coordinators but he is still winning 11 games per season. He’s killing it in the recruiting trail. Anything I missed??

that's insanely good.  Saban's "only" at 82.9% in his LSU + Alabama years (77.8% overall).

Also, each of Bowling Green, Utah, and Ohio State had a losing record the year immediately prior to Urban taking over.  Florida was 7-5 the year prior.

He's annoying, but his resume's impressive.  He earns his pay.

You have some valid points but no need to continue to harp on them.  The season is over and nothing can be done to forecast this coming season.  Stay away from the negative takes and wait until the ND game.  If the team comes out flat, i promise you won't be the only one upset and questioning Harbaugh.  Until then enjoy the offseason and watch Michigan Hockey tonight!

I’ll be watching hockey tonight for sure. And I want to make something clear I HOPE I AM WRONG AND HARBAUGH SUCCEEDS. We need him to succeed but there is nothing wrong with stating facts and stopping these ridiculous excuses for him because of his name

and in response to earlier point, yes character is important, no bagmen/cheating is important.

We all want to win, it takes patience to wait it out sometimes.  I have tempered expectations for this year with how brutal of a schedule it is.  Hoping for progression and that the progression eventually translates into those wins.

People just want to whine. They don't want to deal in facts. They don't want to listen to any of over a dozen national experts who foresaw Michigan's problems in 2017 before one game was even played. For many reasons totally out of Harbaugh's control. They want to bring up shallow gripes about salary and this rival owning Harbaugh etc.

These threads are probably numbered in the hundreds since the Michigan State loss and there hasn't been one point of substance that gets into the global issues that put Michigan at 8-5 last year. Not one.

Out of all the whiners.

All those threads and zero actually added.

The only people who are making those substantive points again and again are the people who are accused again and again by the whiners of being "apologists" or something like that.

You'd think these people would dig in and research things like roster status, roster management, recruiting, practice time and it's effect on back up quarterbacks. The why?

Not the whine.

"He should have taken another tackle in his first full class." Valid criticism.

"Offensive Line can't block anybody." Besides being misleading, adds nothing to the issues of why it has struggled.

People are free to post what they want. But in the end they are just being babies when they post the same junk again and again.

I agree 2017 had many question marks going in and mayb our expectations were unrealistic after the Florida massacre but what about 2016? Poor coaching decisions against Iowa and osu? What about the offense not showing any improvement the entire 2017 season? What about the coaching decisions Harbaugh made against SC in the outback bowl? This team is gonna be stacked in the fall but people are using the strength of schedule as an excuse in case it doesn’t turn out well to give Harbaugh more excuses. Harbaugh doesn’t give excuses we shouldn’t either

against those trying to fit them in preseason in case of.......... We know what's on board now. We know he's had time and most sane people realize we're coming off an 8 win season, not 8 losses and a couple of them could have been reversed easily. Any number of things can get you the three extra wins, but none like damn good qb play and freshmen turning into sophs.

I dare say this team is going to actually shock a couple of teams that expect UM to stumble and believe they are an extension of the '17 squad. Problem is there are a couple good coaches on the schedule that won't make that mistake. This is where Jim will earn his money. He had a bad year, for him, last season but he also had three qbs. Buckle up. Shea or Dylan will lead us into the season and Brandon or Dylan will get a lot of work. The one that will surprise a lot of people though, imo, is that young lad from CO. I don't know if the staff has spoken about it yet, but my guess is he's at least  .2 to .3 faster than he was when running the offense in h.s. This is going to make a hell of a difference inasmuch as he's already one hell of an athlete and the best quarterback in the history of that state. He'll be a good one, that lad will.

I love harbaugh but I was not satisfied with anything last year and I believe that’s ok. I did not expect to beat Ohio last year, but the msu loss was a joke. I thought the Ohio game was the best offensive play calling all last year. The bowl game was pathetic. Peters was his recruit right? How did that work out. The guy wasn’t ready and to this point is not a leader. if he was okorn would have never stepped on the field. That game two years ago in Ohio should have been won by Michigan and should not have come down to that play. So I don’t think I’m a baby when I say I did not expect them to go to the playoff last year but the execution was very below the standard on offense that I expected last year. It’s tough to watch a defense like that get wasted. I really hope shea is eligible. Go blue

Urban has achieved a great win % and really solidified the OSU program as a recruiting juggernaut. Beats UM every year, which doesn’t hurt his status on Columbus.
