OT- Brandon Marshall to the Phins
they can send Ted Ginn on his way out the door relieving the locker room of that obnoxious Bucknut smell.
According to ESPN insider they were shopping Ginn before the Marshall trade went down. They believe that the Ravens, Panthers, or Chiefs are likely landing spots for him.
I can only see this as a good thing for the development of Henne.
Wont take any **** from Marshall either. Best place for head cases are teams with big leader personalities like Parcells or Belichek
As a new Phins fan (owner+QB/T+Parcells), I hope they do a new "heavy incentive" base contract. I can't stand the "I" teamers and hope there locker room is strong enough to handle this princess.

So much for incentives

Hey, if getting them to the playoffs is a large incentive, I think that they would consider that to be a pretty good investment.
still a great move for the Dolphins and Henne. Henne will have his big play receiver and Parcells is putting together one hell of a team.

Brandon Marshall isn't really a big play receiver, He is just a big guy who catches everything near him, he only averaged 11 yards a reception last year. But good for Henne none the less, now they just need a guy like Manningham to stretch the field.

Yea, but look who he had throwing to him last year...

When the Neckbeard was the Bears' QB, the deep play was "Hester runs deep and gets open by 5 yards, Orton woefully underthrows it and as Hester comes back to try to get the underthrown ball the DB interferes".
Miami has the Dolphins, the greatest football team.
We'll take the ball from goal to goal, like no one ever seen.
We're in the air we're on the ground we are always in control.
And when you say Miami, you're talking Super Bowl.
Cuz we got Brandon Marshall, Brandon Marshall, Miami Dolphins #1.
Cuz we're the Miami Dolphins, Miami Dolphins, Miami Dolphins #1.
EVERYBODY!
GOOOO LIONS
Hail the colors Blue and Silver let them wave.
Sing their song and cheer the Gridiron Heroes brave,
Fighting for fame, winning the game,
Dashing to victory as they go.
(Chorus)
Forward down the field,
A charging team that will not yield.
And when the Blue and Silver wave,
Stand and cheer the brave.
Rah, rah, rah.
Go hard, win the game.
With honor you will keep your fame.
Down the field and gain,
A Lions victory!

Welcome to Miami BEAST!
Bienvenido a Miami BESTIA!

Yes! Finally someone for Henne to throw to!
April 14th, 2010 at 11:03 AM ^
Which means Dez Bryant, or maybe Demaryius Thomas.

This is great news! I've never really cared about any particular NFL team, but ever since Miami took both Jake and Chad I've increasingly become a Fins fan. It will be a lot more fun to root for them now that Chad has someone to throw to.

Good for Chad Henne, but again horrible news for my Bills. This off-season has been a tough one to swallow, most off-seasons the Bills fan base usually has it's optimists going into the year. But this year I just don't see us winning many games at all. In a division the Bills already came last in, Brandon Marshall, and Santonio Holmes were just added.

They made him the highest paid receiver in nfl history. He's good but not that good.
April 14th, 2010 at 11:58 AM ^
Is that guaranteed or with incentives?
April 14th, 2010 at 12:30 PM ^
million is guaranteed.
Isnt Henne worth spending large on a legitimate #1 receiver? i think so....Dolphins are gonna be good.....
