So there are several folks in the Blackhawks' circles that are claiming the front office is looking to trade Sharp as soon as possible, most likely to the Capitals, or even possibly to the Wings. Cleary was the young fast feisty guy for a few years. Now the Red Wings have 10 guys who do that better.

This whole story sounds fabricated as fuck. Yeah, the team that won two Stanleys in the last five years is upset at one of the key members of the team. Nope.

That phrase minus the radio part has been set about a lot of people over the years and lots of those peopel have done things way worse than Sharp is said to have done.

Just like Miles supposedly banged out Moller's wife?! Man, I hate the Nancy Grace effect of trying people in the media.
I have a hunch the % of NHL players completely faithful to their significant others is not exactly enormous. But then given how often these guys are out of town and how many of those relationships might be based on $$$$, I can imagine it's not entirely one-sided either.
I remember the photos of those Wings players a few years ago partying with college chicks. 40+ year old Chelly front and center. I remember reading an interview with Chelios post-retirement where he said the thing he missed the most about hockey was the parties after the games. I think that's pretty common in the NHL, get out of the arena at like 11 30 ish, head to some local spot as a group, VIP room etc. Easy to imagine a lot of rings end up in pockets when that happens.
