Got some flower of something. Smells nice no clue what it is. Hit the one hitter before the gym. Got a nice little piece of brownie for the afternoon for coloring eggs and making cookies. End the night with a capsule of 50mg thc/ 25mg cbd. These are so nice. Very nice way to end a day!

For my birthday, the wife and I visited one of the new Canadian cannabis stores near our beach house in Ontario.
Picked up something they called Ease/Tokyo Smoke. Lower THC, higher CBD. Brought back memories from 40 years ago. Celebrated 4/20 on Thurs. Have a nice dinner with family and friends tonight, so arriving with red eyes, cotton mouth, and a severe case of the munchies would be a problem. Good wine and craft beer are in order today.

Well, smoking outside is largely out of the question today, save for on the rear porch, which is under an awning. Even then, it's a raw, rainy day here. Tomorrow, when it is partly sunny and in the 60s, I might sacrifice another cigar....

Green crack and Girl Scout cookie are the strains I vape with the most. Mostly smoke before working out or doing yard work and before bed.
I know a few people who smoke before working out. What’s the benefit? Usually I just want to chill or if I smoke sativa or a sativa blend I end up doing house work...
For me it’s easier to get in the flow.

I switched from smoking to vaping and CBD oil. The same effect, but without soaring in the clouds. I like that it does not affect your efficiency. This is now very relevant because many work remotely, and at home, the atmosphere is already relaxed and desire to work disappears.
