OSU fans predict blowout win over Michigan

Apparently our brethren from Buckeye country are quite confident that Meyer is going to destroy Harbaugh in Columbus. Here are some choice comments and predictions regarding the Game which I was able to find.

The Game has a real chance of getting ugly. Ohio State could win by 3 or 4 TDs. I hope it's even more.

Can I just take a minute with a good, rational Buck fan to protest how fucked up it is that according to FPI Wisconsin and Penn-MF'ing-State have the best chance of facing each other in the conference championship which means Wisconsin likely wins and he a shot at being in the playoffs ahead of OSU/M? After the great seasons OSU/M have had, two teams that are a combined 1-3 against us have a leg up on the Congo title game at this point. What the fuck universe is this?

This is a perfect example of how the BCS wasn't solved by the implementation of the playoff. There are so many things at play other than a conference championship, especially when you consider how one sided divisions are (SEC, B1G). If OSU beats Michigan, and Penn State or Wisconsin make the playoff over OSU/UM, it proves that the playoff is just as broken as the BCS, if not more, becasue they treat conference champsionships as auto bids.

Exactly. I don't read these forums to see people talk about how great OSU is, I come to see genuine thoughts on Michigan from fans. Sure I have to sift through the people who think they will win 100-0, but still, it is enjoyable to see people with real analysis on strengths and weaknesses.

Tough talk coming from fans of a team who came off a one point victory over a 3-8 team where they could've very easily lost had Dantonio not gone for two.

Both M and osu have had their struggles at times this season and at other times looked like video game killers at others.  Streaky if you will.

Predictions are useless, this game is literally for all the marbles and a very good shot at the CFP.  I think both teams will come in pumped.  Hopefully chippy-ness doesn't get players taken out of the game early as I think that's unfair to the contest although the refs do have to make a statement I suppose.

Its going to come down to balls tipped for INTs, fumbles, special teams, RPS wins, and the sneaky little details that make football great.  Likely the team with the most consistent rushing success is going to be able to grind out drives and set themselves up for deep shots.

I really like Michigan's chances.  I think it will be all-out Peppers in ways we haven't yet seen.  Personally I'd like to see him used in Denard Robinson-esque strategy, solo wildcat with the ability to run or throw a short pass to a releasing TE, instead of the read-option that he typically runs.  Butt is mostly uncoverable on routes vs LBs, Darboh and Chesson with Allstate policies in their pockets, will do well.  I believe that Doc Brown has some special blitzes waiting in the wings, as well as Fisch for the offense.

Stop JT Barrett's running and man up (spy) on #4 Samuel and their offense isn't so potent, being also mindful of the deep ball.

We shall find out soon enough!  Go Blue!

As long as they can tackle in space, I like the chances of the defense slowing the OSU offense. Also, really need Hill and Peppers to have their best game in coverage as I feel that is where they will try and find their matchups downfield.

Really hoping Michigan can come out and punch them in the mouth early and put some pressure on the young OSU team.
