O'Korn not first QB drafted?

Submitted by vnperk on

Lorenz says O'Korn wasn't the first QB picked in the Spring Game draft.

Discuss.

No, celebrate: Meritocracy.

Don't know who it will be, but (to paraphrase President Kennedy) competition is the tide that lifts all boats.

So what if he's the last one?

The cream will rise to the top, whether that's O'Korn, Morris, Peters, or whoever. Whoever gives Michigan the best chance to win games will play.

I attended it and during that Speight looked just as good if not better than O'Korn. O'Korn biggest advantage was his speed and ability to create plays, straight throwing that day went to Speight though.

Morris and Malzone are X, non factors.

Peters was good but raw, looked like the speed of the college game was too fast for him right now. Threw some really good balls during 1 on 1 drills, Harbaugh will make him a stud but hes no where near ready. Makes you really wonder and appreciate how good Henne must've been to start as a true Freshman who didnt get there until August.

maybe they made it to where O'Korn was on Fisch's team regardless so they can work together? I'm probably wrong, but it's just a guess lol.

Sugar Shane! Rumor is he impressed during camp. Maybe this is Harbaugh's way of rewarding the hard work? Apparently, Shane worked his ass off and won the locker room.

It was me. Yeah, circa 50-year-old tossing darts out there, sorry Mr. O'Korn. Albeit at the local pub. Rivals take note and prepare for me accordingly. I am more mobile than some, other than the missus,  might believe. Next major issue.
