Novak shows off kicking abilities
It looks like the solution to some special teams problems has been on campus all along. Check out this video from inside the big house, Zack Novak nails a 45 and then 50 yd fg. Pretty impressive!

Video was blocked, I will have to look at it at home.
I think our kickers are doing better this year, not fantastic, but Gibbons has made some. I am not having a panic attack when the annoucer says they are in FG range.

may end of kicking on the football team. Except the 4:00 PM basketball game on January 1 is going to be a conflict. The football team will be playing at the same time on that day.
11-1 baby.

Pretty sure the football team has 0 chance of playing on January 1st, 2012. Sundays will do that to you!

Guess you didn't get your book yet today, huh?

Got it, read it. Don't understand your post. Sure, rr encountered a lot of difficulty but the book doesn't say that he has no regrets, especially re: player retention, coaching hires and many of the other "fit" issues. Not looking to debate RR but I think that you jar a 1-sided iew of the book. Just my $.02.

Novak is one of my favorite athletes. He played out of position for so long but really held his ground for years. The leadership he shows is extraordinary, and he shows the most determination I've seen out of a college athlete.
