Nick Eubanks returning for 5th year
December 27th, 2019 at 6:55 PM ^
Umbig11 beat you to it in the Turner thread. True insider, he is. I was looking for his quote on Nico and DPJ coming back or not coming back. Anyone have this? Just wanted to compare to my opinion that they are coming back.
December 27th, 2019 at 7:45 PM ^
This is from December 13th:
"DPJ is still waiting on feedback and expected to return; leaving Collins with a decision to make and it could be 60/40 in favor of returning at the moment."
December 27th, 2019 at 8:07 PM ^
Interesting. Hope they both come back.
December 27th, 2019 at 9:08 PM ^
They will have a good case for the NFL based on how they do against Bama. Dropped passes will not do and getting eclipsed by Ronnie Bell and company is not a good look.
Regardless, I wish them the best.

I heard both WR would come back if you got a 5th year Shea!
December 27th, 2019 at 6:55 PM ^
Awesome. We need him.
December 27th, 2019 at 6:59 PM ^
This is good.

December 27th, 2019 at 7:10 PM ^
Nick Capatina's returning for 4th year!
December 27th, 2019 at 7:13 PM ^
The right decision for him. No chance to get drafted this year.
December 27th, 2019 at 7:27 PM ^
Very good decision by this young man. Stay another year to develop yourself and your draft stock.
December 27th, 2019 at 7:36 PM ^
That’s great news for the 2020 season just.
December 27th, 2019 at 7:59 PM ^
Keep the good news coming! Go blue!
December 27th, 2019 at 8:09 PM ^
Waiting on Ambry Thomas, DPJ, Ruiz, Collins and hopefully Kemp and Dwumfour can come back.
December 27th, 2019 at 8:15 PM ^
No reason for any of them to leave early. Bredeson will be the only pick in round 2 or mid 3rd. DPJ will be lucky to be 75-80. Collins will be in the same same boat. The rest need to stay, but these guys will make their own decisions that meet their needs.
December 27th, 2019 at 8:21 PM ^
Ruiz didn't do himself many favors this season. He looked great last year and really seemed to struggle in the new, but similar from an OL perspective, offense. He ended up looking good again, but it took a really long time to get there.
December 27th, 2019 at 9:38 PM ^
You don’t see Lavert Hill going in the 3rd round?
December 27th, 2019 at 9:53 PM ^
Big miss Here. He will certainly be drafted sooner.
December 27th, 2019 at 10:18 PM ^
Are you also UMBIG11???
Edit: After checking out your posting history, you definitely are. The best parts are you calling other people out for having multiple accounts, defending the UMBIG11 account, and your general childish language. What a piece of work.
Second Edit: Looks like you edited your original response. :-) The jig is up buddy. For anyone curious, his response previously said, “big miss on my part. Good catch...”. It stays in the posting history on the left.
December 27th, 2019 at 10:02 PM ^
Totally agree they need to return. None have done enough to get drafted very high. Come back and have big years and improve your stock for the 2021 draft
December 28th, 2019 at 1:56 PM ^
Bredeson was our MVP. So many on this board over value our players. It's natural to a point but can give a look of ignorance.
December 27th, 2019 at 8:17 PM ^
Needs to work on his blocking, catching, and route-running.
December 27th, 2019 at 8:21 PM ^
This is indeed good news!
It pays to come back to the board after six straight hours of bowl watching...
December 27th, 2019 at 8:33 PM ^
DPJ and Nico come back and we got ourselves a squad. And Ruiz .. And ambry .. and Carlo
i think we will have a good team next year
so jacked to see the men come over to the PNW and lay the wood on huskies. My bank will break a bit for those tickets.

Yesssssss!!!!

Offensively, if D-Mac can be adequate, we should be great. The arc reads are going to be better because of Dylan’s willingness to keep it. Haskins, ZC, and Evans could be incredible. You have the De’Veon Smith style runner in HH, the every down guy in ZC, and the passing game threat in Evans. Give us one of DPJ and Nico alongside Bell, with Giles and Sainristil in the slot and Eubanks and All/Luke we should be top 10 nationally. The line should be solid. We return a guy who was slotted to be a starter and have legit 3 guys at T. Spanellis and Chuck have the size and have been in the program. This offense will be fun.
Defensively we have the guys to beat everyone except OSU. I hope Don Brown is preparing for them every day from January 2nd until the last Saturday of November.
December 27th, 2019 at 9:49 PM ^
Just like he prepared all this year?
December 27th, 2019 at 10:27 PM ^
OSU better be careful
December 27th, 2019 at 10:04 PM ^
Dylan will be much more then adequate and these guys know it. Could be playing a small part in their decision to come back and be able to put up huge numbers and greatly improve their stock
December 28th, 2019 at 8:58 AM ^
That's kind of my take. I still think they're gone (Collins, dpj, and Ruiz) because, well, that's what kids do. Top 3 round pick? See ya. And for the record, i don't blame them 1 bit, or even get disappointed. But if they do come back, then yes, they think they've got something special next year. You don't come back with next year's schedule looking to go 9-3, 8-4. When is the early entry deadline?
December 28th, 2019 at 12:10 PM ^
PaulWall: According to CBS Sports.com the deadline to declare for the draft is January 20.
December 27th, 2019 at 10:18 PM ^
The homer glasses are in full force
December 27th, 2019 at 11:04 PM ^
Yeah, fuck that guy for thinking the team he supports could be good in a blog comment!
December 27th, 2019 at 9:59 PM ^
Wise decision by him
December 27th, 2019 at 10:12 PM ^
Interview with Ambry didnt give me the warm and fuzzies. Sounds like hes leaning on returning but wants to see how this game goes for him against 1st round NFL draft picks.
December 27th, 2019 at 11:18 PM ^
I’m interested in seeing how that goes as well.
December 28th, 2019 at 9:04 AM ^
If he goes out and locks down jeudy or Smith, fuck even waddle or mr. Td ruggs, he should leave. Has decent film, will have good combine results, and an A+ game against Alabama receivers. His stock probably can't get any higher. He had, in my opinion, a great year. Non homer folk will say he had an okay year. But, a big game against bama, and he gone.
December 28th, 2019 at 10:09 AM ^
You have to be kidding me about Thomas thinking NFL. One year starter, so so at best. Stay another year, go from an UDFA to maybe a mid round flyer for someone looking for a slot corner.
December 27th, 2019 at 10:41 PM ^
What a great note. Look forward to seeing Nick, Kwitty, and Michigan open the season Husky stadium.
December 28th, 2019 at 8:23 AM ^
Good to hear. Returning experienced players is generally a good thing
December 28th, 2019 at 12:16 PM ^
This is great news. He has always been one of my favorite players on the team.
