Cornelius Johnson is the best WR.

The thing that looks out of place is Daylen Baldwin backing up Cornelius Johnson and not Ronnie Bell. Baldwin is more likely to pass Bell than Johnson.

And Roman Wilson is a wild card. With his great hands and speed he could be moving up in playing time throughout the year.

The good news is Blake is on pace to be rated 99 by his senior year!  The bad news is he will probably transfer in my dynasty because that's just how my luck is on that game :(

Looks pretty good for the data we have right now.  Solid team across the board but not a lot of standouts.

I would probably bump Ronnie Bell to 88-89 and drop Cornelius Johnson to 82-83.  Seems like there should be more separation between the two based on the last two seasons.

Here is a tiering system I came up with for recruit rating projections based on their 247 composite score.

Rating - Score - Ranking range

84 - 1.0000-0.9999 (#1 Overall consensus)

83 - 0.9999-0.9990 (#1-3 Overall generally)

82 - 0.9989-0.9970 (#4-5 Overall generally)

81 - 0.9969-0.9950 (#6-10 Overall generally)

80 - 0.9949-0.9930 (#11-15 Overall generally)

79 - 0.9929-0.9900 (#16-20 Overall generally)

78 - 0.9899-0.9860 (#21-30 Overall generally)

77 - 0.9859-0.9820 (#31-40 Overall generally)

76 - 0.9819-0.9780 (#41-50 Overall generally)

75 - 0.9779-0.9740 (#51-60 Overall generally)

74 - 0.9739-0.9700 (#61-70 Overall generally)

73 - 0.9699-0.9600 (#71-90 Overall generally)

72 - 0.9599-0.9500 (#91-110 Overall generally)

71 - 0.9499-0.9400 (#111-130 Overall generally)

70 - 0.9399-0.9300 (#131-160 Overall generally)

69 - 0.9299-0.9200 (#161-200 Overall generally)

68 - 0.9199-0.9100 (#201-250 Overall generally)

67 - 0.9099-0.9000 (#251-300 Overall generally)

66 - 0.8999-0.8900 (#301-360 Overall generally)

65 - 0.8899-0.8800 (#361-460 Overall generally)

64 - 0.8799-0.8700 (#461-600 Overall generally)

63 - 0.8699-0.8600 (#601-800 Overall generally)

62 - 0.8599-0.8500 (#801-1100 Overall generally)

61 - 0.8499-0.8400 (#1101-1300 Overall generally)

60 - 0.8399-0.8300 (#1301-1600 Overall generally)

59 - 0.8299-0.8200 (#1601-2000 Overall generally)

Then you can use a probability app to set some variance on their ratings.

Adjustments like:

35% probability: +/- 0

25% probability: +/- 1

20% probability: +/- 2

10% probability: +/- 3

5% probability: +/- 4

2.5% probability: +/- 5

2.5% probability: +/- 10

Generally, top players ranked players will be negatively affected (Like if Ewers was base 84 and hit the +/- 5 adjustment, he would be a 79 instead of a 89. Oppositely, a lower ranked recruit is more likely to benefit as a gem recruit. Andrel Anthony for instance would score out as a 64. If he hit the +/- 10 adjustment, he would more likely be a 74 instead of a 64.

Generally speaking, 84's are extremely rare (no one is ever higher than an 85 and those are usually only kickers). 83 is typically top you'll see in most classes. 82 is very elite. 78-81 is a typical range for a 5 star recruit.
