Per MLive:

Former Michigan guard Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman has signed a contract with the Canton Charge of the NBA's developmental league, known as the G-League, his agent told MLive on Thursday.

There was no word in the article on whether he's fully recovered from his broke foot, but it looks like he's back to playing.  Best of luck Rahk!

Excellent to hear!

Awful luck on the injury timing but MAAR is going to have a shot to end up in the league. He's older but polished and there frankly aren't enough twos who can move well without the ball, shoot and provide secondary playmaking.

If he doesn't stick I expect he will have a great career overseas if he wants it.

In fairness, these were kids that, before Michigan came calling, were going to spend their college careers at Williams College and Appalachian State.  MAAR was a late 2 star flier recruit that we only went after because we had an unexpected spot open up. His Hello post was filled with a lot of "Beilein can't recruit" and "Why are we going after these guys after we just went to another Elite Eight?" So, yeah, I'd say this is beating most people's expectations.

I'll never forget that game in East Lansing his freshman year where he hit something like 18 in a win. Sparty didn't know WTF to do with themselves.  Apparently if you went to Michigan and they didn't recruit you in basketball, you can't turn out to be a good player.
