Monday Negbang Thread
It's monday, which means another week of doing stupid work things. Let's get this off to a good start with a Negbang. Heres some things you should hate me for:
- I'd rather watch Daddy Daycare than read another Draftgeddon post
- MSU deserved to be in the CFB playoffs
- I don't like Shamrock Shakes
- Trump 2016
- Magnus' scouting reports are mediocre at best
- I like WD's apparel threads
- Aerosmith is shit
- Shane Morris should be first string, running a spread offense
- Brady Hoke made good game time decisions
- Skim milk > 2%
I hope your week is as terrible as mine. NEG ME
Is that even a debate?

We'll probably lose to MSU this season on another ignorant coaching blunder.
OSU is gonna kick our ass in Columbus. Again.
I don't understand how the Army can investigate the recently graduated black cadet women for taking a "fist" picture while the president addressed Howard University and told the students to "be confident in your blackness." What the fuck?
Ross Ulbrecht should be imprisoned because, aside from running an online drug store, he absolutely paid for 5 hits, even though none were carried out. He didn't know that. He believed they were.
I still am in support of the RR hire and still feel that Hoke was the worst mistake for Michigan since 2000.
Hockey is a far superior sport to football, especially at the professional level.
The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones look completely unappealing.
Some fraternities undeservedly get a bad reputation based on what many people think fraternities stand for.
Foreign car manufacturers produce far superior cars than the big three.
Wayne State is a top 5 school in Michigan.

Thank you for rejecting me almost immediately, Wayne State medicine...twice!
Yeah, I didn't think that last statement through. I just finished my first year of undergrad there and came away more impressed than I thought I would be. The best part about WSU is the massive scholarships that they give to the honors college.

- People getting bent out of shape about the 4 wrestling posts made here in a year but everyone loving GoT threads are goobers. It's a show about incest, gratuitous violence, and dragons. And then there's professional wrestling.
- I think Bernie Sanders is a one-note candidate who would stumble terribly if asked to run this country. Hell, give me Trump over him.
- Zingermann's is a pretty overrated restaurant.
- NYC is a great city and one of the few truly cosmopolitan ones in the world. All of its flaws are manageable and its benefits far outstrip these annoyances. Give me NYC any day over Boston, Chicago, D.C., L.A., Houston, wherever else in the US.
- Dave Brandon wasn't a monster; he just failed at his job. UM will hire worse ones.
- I think PSU has been punished enough for Sandusky and Paterno, and people looking for blood now just like to be outraged. And if that happened here at UM, you had better believe there would be just as much delusion by a portion of the fanbase as we've seen in Happy Valley.
- I don't particularly care about the MMB and would be fine if they just played music over the speakers at a game. Don't silence them or anything, but people getting worked up that they can't hear "Hail to the Victors" 100 times during a timeout drive me crazy.
- UM cheats to a degree that certain fans around here would freak out about, and I'm 100% fine with that.
You're right on if it happened at Michigan...
...but these new findings deserve every bit of scrutiny and more. Fuck Penn St.
Oh yeah, Phuck PSU in the general sense, but I'm done hearing about how messed up that place was decades ago. I mean, nobody should be saying "oh man, THAT revelation changes me entire take on Paterno and PSU".
Given the current environment we exist in, and the fact that the NCAA and everybody goddamn else does not really care, UM does not cheat enough.
We should have let Hand enroll and handed him a fake engineering degree on his way out the door to the NFL like they will at Alabama. It won't hurt anything, he's never going to practice engineering anyway. He'll be too busy counting his 1st round $$$'s
Is this a Posbang for me and WD? Like backwards day?
Football players should be allowed to major in Football in college.
They should have to take the same core courses as everybody else, but the rest should be allowed to be Football electives. And the time they spend on Football activities in practice and games should count as credit hours.
I read a very interesting article about this topic once, written by an Ivy League football player. He said that if he wanted to pursue a career in acting, he could major in theatre. If he wanted to pursue a career in music, he could major in music. If he wanted to pursue a career as an artist, he could major in art.
These are all very high-risk, high-reward fields that only a few people ever make it to the top levels. The vast majority of people never realize the dream. Yet you can still major in these fields in college.
But if you want to major in Football . . . if you think you are good enough to succeed despite the risks . . . you still can not major in football. You have to pretend you are in school for something else. It's a capricious and arbitrary standard.
He kind of has a point.
It's Monday, I'm unemployed, contemplating retirement, and I don't have to deal with work! Maybe never, ever again! So go chase those $$, suckers.
Enjoy the Golden Corral all-you-can-eat special at 4:30.
You can steal the bread, they don't really monitor it that well.
I'm retiring with so many benjamins that I'll be drinking happy hour craft beers at World of Beer plotting how to steal high value merchandise, like batteries. I heard seniors don't pay for them because they just wear out.

now that the kickstarter is 150% funded, do we get it 50% faster or 50% more content? /s obv
