Mike Hart post game, and some highlights
First of all, the very beautiful Big House! (btw, they better do something about the tripping turf)
Mullings TD:
Benjamin Hall long run:
O'Leary 2 pt conversion:
Row your boat:
Benchin!
Benjamin Hall is a pleasant surprise.
Yeah, I was expecting 0 from him. Even if this is all we ever see of him he's already exceeded my expectations. Have a feeling this isn't all we'll be seeing though.
Benjamin Hall seems like another example of Harbaugh and staff's scouting is better than the recruiting sites.
Perhaps because they are facing actual consequences if they don’t do a good job of their due diligence. Recruiting services don’t pay much freight on their mistakes.
In this case “staff” means Hart.
Andrew Gentry... probably not cut out for guard. Thankfully he'll probably be a decent tackle.
Edit: Need a clip of Moore consuming Persi's soul next to this one.
I thought I read that it was Guidice?
Guidice was playing DT for the Maize team. 75 on the roster for the game and the name plate I saw was Gentry. Was surprised to see him at guard because he's so tall so that's why I noticed.
This is one of those times where I appreciate the tweet fest from the tweet creature, because I wasn't able to watch the game. These were fun to watch - thanks for posting!
The better thing from my perspective to think about after many positives from this "game" is that these are not two separate teams but one deep, focused, healing juggernaut.
Walker, Grant, Hausmann, El-Hadi, Hall, Warren, Stew (:)), Anderson, Hibner, Jones, Hill and Calhoun showed either flashes or further promise with many others not even playing but known.
Things went well for the last team at Michigan I can recall that is this deep.
