Mike Hart not returning as running backs coach

Wow, bummer imho. Wishing Coach Hart the best and God speed always. Sincerely appreciate his significant contribution to Michigan Football.
I love Mike Hart but all his success at U of M was with Jaybaugh's recruits. Haskin's had proved himself before 2021 and Corum got a ton of buzz and forced himself onto the field in a loaded backfield as a true freshman.
The idea that no other coach could help Jay's recruits make progress each year is insane.
Jay may have been a heck of a recruiter and his special teams were really good but when Wheatley left, the the running game production kinda fell off. It did pick back up significantly when Hart was hired. Makes me believe that guys who played the position had more insight and better understanding of how to prepare the kids. No knock on Jay, he just seemed better in other roles.
