Michigan @ Wisconsin - 1PM EST Open Thread

The fancy stats and Kenpom are telling us that Wisconsin might not be as good as their record indicates.

It feels like we can get out of the Trohl Center with the victory if Dickinson stays out of foul trouble and we can hit 35-40% of our threes.

Houstan's home/away split on 3's is pretty dramatic.  Need to start evening that out!  (By improving on the road, not deteriorating at home.)

I love Juwan. Love his passion, his all-in support of his school. Unfortunately what he did today is just unacceptable.

Woody lost his job because he took a swing at a player. If we're being honest, this wasn't much different - I believe it was a Wisconsin assistant.

Sure, it wasn't a roundhouse, but the guy wasn't wearing a helmet either.

It doesn't matter what that guy might have said to him - a head coach CANNOT throw punches.

This is a disaster. IMO, at minimum he needs to be suspended for the remainder of the season, and undergo some anger management training.

Sadly, I won't be shocked if he's fired.

Oh man. Not a good day for Michigan athletics.

I think he needs to resign or be fired, he can't remain.  Coaching must be a very frustrating profession, its so frustrating to follow as a fan, but a coach has to have control over himself.  I didn't see this coming, not at all, but it must result in a termination.  Hopefully, Howard will find it within himself to apologize and resign.

Not sure I have an opinion on a team that has Davidson getting hit in the mouth a few times. Yeah, it's a bad look, and Howard should carry himself above them. But at this point, you have gotta imagine it's coached by Wisconsin. Not justifying his actions by any means, just not outraged by it.
