Absolutely no way this team makes the tourney. They are bad with a capital B. Competent guard play is totally non-existent. We are in for a very tough couple of years unless a miracle happens and somebody learns to make a jump shot. Ugh!

Why is Juwan hugging those guys? They totally tried punking us and he walks through all smiles. I bet MSU does not try to reschedule our game because they can talk this win up…

We def need to get tougher, mentally and physically. Need some junkyard dogs. I feel like Jace Howard plays with that in the very limited time we've seen. Why not use him more? Every game Houston disappears for stretches, insert Howard and I guarantee our defense will 100% be better and plus he's a coaches son he will prob make the right play and be in the right position. Just see such a soft team and it hurts seeing the usual tough as nails MSU team. Big ten is brutal and pretty boys rarely win.

At 10-8 (4-4 in Big Ten), this team doesn’t look like an NCAA Tournament team, even though the three-game winning streak before today's gave some of the "bracketologists" listed in the Bracket Project Matrix reason to put Michigan in the NCAA Tournament.

The Wolverines have 11 scheduled Big Ten games left (12 if they re-schedule the MSU game at Crisler), but staying one game over .500 before the Big Ten Tournament at least will give them an NIT opportunity. To assure an NIT bid, they can’t do worse than 5-6 in the final 11 Big Ten games (or 6-6 if the MSU game is re-scheduled).

Right now, home games with Nebraska and Rutgers and a road game at Penn State look like the best chances for wins. Between now and the end of the regular season, they’re going to have to play like they did against Maryland and Indiana if they want to keep playing after the Big Ten Tournament.
