Do you know the knowledge. He’s a pretty big deal in the future.

What the f**k will it take for these top D guys to come play at UM? Results? We got em’. NIL? That’s another problem. Warde … ? Warde …? Seriously. I am sure we are in some NIL. But UM legit gets you to the NFL and positions you for success. FACT.

All the best Grahams on defense go to Michigan.

That's like Brady and JJ being the Offensive Player of the week in NFC and AFC! nice.
I mean look at the longevity of Brandon Graham. Multiple lifetimes for an NFL player.

Can't believe that guy played for RichRod. One of the most underappreciated players due to the regime he played under.
December 14th, 2022 at 1:59 PM ^
Underappreciated? Hardly. If anything he stood out more because those were troubled teams.

BG, at a minimum, has to be among the top 3 candidates for NFL Comeback Player-of-the-Year. Both Saquon and McCaffery are in the discussion as well, but BG has now won 2(!) NFC Defensive Player of the Week awards in 2022.
BG already is credited with the biggest defensive play in Eagles history. I hope the legend grows this upcoming postseason.
EDIT: Forgot about Geno Smith, but I always associate Comeback Player of the Year with return from major injury.

Yeah, Graham continuing to play at a high level in his 13th season is incredibly impressive. Still remember people talking about him as a bust after his first couple years, and then he really turned it on and has been more or less consistently dominant.
December 14th, 2022 at 11:46 AM ^
BG's career arc is inspiring. To go from an unfairly label of "bust" to a discussion of whether or not he belongs on the Eagles' Mt. Rushmore is a story that should be told for a long time.
BG probably doesn't make Canton (although, I could make an argument). Can you imagine? Going from a "bust" to "BUST!"

He didnt win any awards but lost in the shit-show that your 2022 Cleveland Browns have become Donovan Peoples Jones is having a very nice year and just set personal bests this past Sunday in receptions (8) and yards (114).

A couple of years ago it looked like the Browns were on the verge of being truly competitive, but now it looks like they've sunk back into the morass of mediocre-to-bad.
Speaking of mediocre-to-bad, I did some digging a few days ago and unearthed an interesting stat.
There are two NFL franchises that have never recorded consecutive seasons of 10 wins or more:
• Carolina Panthers (whose first season was in 1995)
• Detroit Lions (whose first season in Detroit was in 1934)

And the Panthers went to two Superbowls in the past 27 years!

It's great to be a Michigan Wolverine.

Former Michigan players accounted for 9.5 sacks in NFL games this past week. Very impressive total. High school DE recruits should have a very clear #1 school!

In other former Michigan DL news, Chris Wormley tore his ACL and is out for the rest of the season. Hope he comes back strong next season.
