Yeah. Imagine the conversations.

Alabama:  “Xavier, Let us show you the offensive skill players we have put into the NFL. RB’s and WR’s.”

Michigan:  “Xavier, let us show you the offensive skill players we put into the league.  You know what, on the other hand, let’s go take a look at our nifty looking winged helmets!”

I agree.  He ended up getting drafted in the 4th round, which isn't bad, but I think I remember him more or less having to sit for a bit before he got steady playing time just because Bama was so stacked.  Had he gone to Michigan I think he would have gotten more playing time early on.  Whether that would have helped or hurt idk, but he could have been a stand out piece at Michigan opposed to just another top d-lineman at Bama.  Was actually pretty glad when the Lions drafted him, just wish he could stay healthy.

This will be a tough loss but can't blame him. Until Michigan can put together a competent offense I would be reluctant as a recruit as well. And Bama has been churning out NFL receivers like nobodies business.

Don't kid yourself, it's Bama. I mean, If you had the choice of going to a perennial title contender or this raging dumpster fire, which would you choose?

Ha this is funny. A “committed” recruit deciding means he’s goin to Bama. He thinks he’s slick.good one bud. Enjoy your time in Bama. He coulda been a legend here but such is life as a Michigan fan

Black's hype skyrocketed after he caught a wide open busted coverage by a shitty fucking florida team that won 4 games that year?

People shit their pants because he caught a wide open pass, then broke his ankle a week later.

So he’s announcing his commitment on the 16th after already being committed to Michigan?  What’s he announcing?

And I don’t understand why this kid wouldn’t want to run five yard routes all game.  Michigan seems like a no-brainer.
