Could be one of my top 5 internet pet peeves that these same stupid, ugly Pro Combat mock-ups get posted all over the place like they're actually legitimate.  Enough already.

Robinson's innacurate you say? Well all receivers now have an extra 14" of reach and can stick the ball on a spike.

We're going to have the best freakin stiff-arms in the nation.

I thought I hated Indiana's then I saw this, what is DB thinking?  We're the Wolverines based on an animal, not some crappy comic for 12 year olds!  I'm writing him an e-mail right now, this bullshit has to stop now!  First the Arby's logo, then the ***KING HASTAGS on the field, then rock music, then the band, now he's messing with the uniforms!

How much do you think Stan Lee is paying Dave Brandon? Also, ammend in the contract, Stan Lee gets to make a cameo apperance during the 4th quarter as a place-holder from Pahokee.

Do people really think Michigan is going to dress their players up like Wolverine from xmen? It's a joke people.  BUT if Michigan ever plays a game on Halloween, it would be pretty funny to come out during pregame warmups wearing something similar.

Urban Meyer's "reaction":

"When reached for comment, Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer expressed outrage at the new uniforms. "So, these Wolverines want to play rough?!?", Meyer said as he stalked angrily around his multimillion dollar football lair. - Urban "Magneto" Meyer

Actually, now that I think about it, I wonder if his first words to the team were in fact, "Welcome to the future."

As for the claws, we could always teach the defensive backfield to shred blocks from now on. Well played, BHGP, but you've done better. I will say, I really did like Indiana's - anything which commemorates Bobby Knight tirades is OK in my book.
