brian, ace, seth:

At the end of the day, i enjoy reading your writing. If the next few months are light and empty, and any one of you want to explore your inner NBA, NFL, world soccer leagues - i'm game.

Cricket. The IPL starts September 19th and there are a string of matches between international sides between now and then. MGoBlog can turn an entire generation or two or three onto the game. No?

We could have an Around The Horn feature of the NFL where we explore which player Bob Quinn has acquired from the castaway pile of the Patriots....and other topics, of course.

UFR of seasons before the blog existed.  I'd be interested in discovering if our conventional wisdom about prior players/coaches was supported by analysis.

UFR OSU games from the past many years, one per week.

Then do a voice-over of the game on Twitch or whatever.

Pick some wins and some losses. OK, the wins are from the 90's but whatever.

Or, just put together some kind of "fake season" of a lot of great old games and do this.

This is a great idea. I'd really like to hear more soccer coverage. I'm ready to find a European team to get behind. Right now the only team I pay attention to is AFC Wimbledon and they don't get a lot of TV time being in league 1 and all.

I need a "So, you're looking for a new team" primer.

May be we should adopt LSU. I thought their coach was Brady Hoke II when they hired him. Boy did he prove me wrong. I hate Bama, so LSU is like the small program beating up the Goliath.

The only thing that would work for this is Ace on the NBA I think, otherwise I just don't think the passion is there.  And given this is basically a monetized passion project...

I can't do that because it would ruin my other sports. I put such an analytic eye to Michigan that I can't just sit back and enjoy it. I love being able to turn on a Lions game and not care or worry about having to speak intelligently about the proceedings afterwards.

My guess is we're each going to start a project related to what we normally do. Think about analytical Michigan content you'd like.
