Mike Smith got his ass kicked and without Brooks we had nowhere else to good. I hope Jackson keeps improving (he was bad today, but that’s expected) because he’ll have to play more if Brooks stays out. My biggest worry for this team is that only Wagner can go and reliable get his shot if the offense stagnates. Livers tries to and we all wish he wouldn’t.

This is not an unexpected result, on the road in the B1G, Eli not playing upsets the offensive and defensive rotation. Shake it off and move on.

Well I guess there goes a 1 seed talk in the tourney. Can’t even make there fucking free throws today. How can you destroy a good Wisconsin team and then come out and play like shit against an average Minnesota team. Hope this isn’t the way the rest of the season goes. Need to be ready every game.

Not totally surprised... only the margin and how discombobulated they looked. You had to figure that Minnesota was going to come out pissed. This will also be the case on the road facing Wisconsin.
Have to take care of your home games and steal 2 or three games on the road in the B1G...
And honestly, did anyone truly think this was really a number 1 seed by the end of the season? I had figured a top 4 seed would be a solid 2nd year for Howard; so far they look to be possibly a 2-3 seed...which is great.

Minnesota took us out of our game and we never adjusted. You either get good Minnesota or bad Minnesota. There doesn't seem to be anything in between.

Ok, this game was bad for so many reason. But putting ZJ in for Chaundee when we were clawing back and CB had just made a couple great energy plays. I mean WTF!? He jacked up two horrible threes, turns the ball over. He’s not ready! Was Chaundee tired?? Worst decision I’ve seen by this coaching staff.

In the D2 State Semi, Mona Shores grabbed the momentum from Traverse City Central after 2022 4* UM lean Josh Burnham threw a pick six in the opening minutes of the 2nd half. Burnham is a LB recruit with offers from Alabama, OSU, ND and UM among others.

Even with Brooks Michigan loses this game. Just like last season Michigan started out hot and a lot of things were going their way. Hopefully the coaching staff has some answers. Like I said this team just seems cursed with injuries. Hopefully Brooks isn’t out long because Michigan will really struggle.

Hopefully MN did not show the rest of the B1G how to play against Hunter. But may be he just had a bad game. I guess we'll see how this team bounces back against Maryland?
