Looks like Harbaugh was right... we were close.
A little over a month ago when we were still inconsistent on offense and couldn't put 2 drives together Harbaugh said we were close. We rolled our eyes.
Weeks later he said he liked where we were offensively. We again, rolled our eyes.
Clearly he was seeing things in practice that wasn't translating but was an improvement from what he was seeing before. Nonetheless...it is come along and it's here.
Gattis and his "Speed in Space" is here and Harbaugh is 2-0 with two BEATDOWNS over rivals.
Here's to Harbaugh for staying the course and giving us even a liiittle hope that we can pull off an signature win in two weeks.
Anyway, Harbaugh was right...now let's keep it going!

10 point game at the half but sure

A 10 point game in which Michigan had scored 17 unanswered points, and Michigan State had accomplished fuck all in the 2nd quarter.

I’m guessing with a username like that you aren’t an avid fan.
for Michigan at least.
happy trolling!

I mean...MSU is really terrible...I'd hold the horses on the whole idea...

It helps that MSU is hot trash.

I know beating state gives me another year of bragging rights against some good friends that went to staee. Cheers for a good win and a chill Saturday afternoon.

Honestly beating state for me is just about a year of reprieve from the asshokes. I have in-laws and co workers who during the RR/Hoke years were walking enflamed sphincters. Always talking shit. Referred to Harbaugh as “hairball “ and “the savior” send me clips of Valenti.
Now I don’t have to hear from them at all. And I don’t rub it in on them because I hated it.

Hail!

I told the wife last night that the fanabase needs to shut the fuck up over Harbaugh. He’s a great coach and we won’t replace him with anyone better ever! He’s not perfect but he’s ours so enjoy it.

Ever? That’s a pretty strong word.

I was talking to fans on another site about this, and our offense seems to be a Frankenstein offense.
We've reincorporated much of Harbaugh's original scheme, but Gattis's "SiS" colors several of the plays as well.

Tip of hat to JH & staff...!
ND & Msu wins this year were just flat out awesome!
Let's keep it rolling boys ...

The offense is finally clicking like it was supposed to. It’s late in the season but better late than never. Win the last 2 games and happiness will be restored!

Harbaugh jumped the gun after the IA game. The offense wasn't ready in early October, even if JH saw good things in practice. It really took until early November to hit stride.
Yes, the coaching staff knows more than all of us put together and they clearly saw positive trending in early October but it wasn't adapting to game speed, until these past few games.
The good news, they're getting better each week-So Keep It Up and Go Blue!!

Our offense finally stopped playing in a phone booth. When we used to do that, it fell right into Sparty's lap in these tight rivalry games.
Yesterday, we still sucked playing in a phone booth, which is Sparty's strength on defense. We had less that 100 yards rushing, and very little of that was between the tackles.
And . . . it didn't matter BECAUSE WE STOPPED PLAYING IN A FREAKING PHONE BOOTH.
It was irrelevant how good Sparty was between the tackles. We took advantage of them everywhere else.
About damn time.
