If you watch a few Lockup Raw episodes or Forensic Files, there are miserable brokenhearted people related to the victim and the accused. I would never excuse anyone from the bad choices, they have to serve their penalty. But every crime makes a ripple, sometimes tidal wave, in every direction. He is someone's son, brother, father.

No matter what mistakes we make, and he made some big ones, as did I, we are all children of God (at least that is what I choose to believe), and hopefully he is at rest now.  A shame he was not able to conform his talents to civility.  Rest brother, and I pray you are forgiven. I hope we all are.

...And I hope Walker runs like you...

Your edit beat me to it...such a hillarious story in retrospect:

"According to police, Davenport crept into a dorm room at Barry University around 6 a.m. on April 1. A woman sleeping in the room, Mary McCarthy, told police she was startled by a strange sound and saw Davenport squatting in her closet. Davenport then allegedly defecated in a laundry basket, McCarthy told detectives."

Notice the timeline; the woman sees Davenport squatting in her closet, then he did his thing. It's like he had reverse stage fright.  

I bet that thing was MASSIVE...when you gotta go, you gotta go.
