Love Beilein, just heard his post game interview and he's the modern Bo Schembechler for basketball. He said he studied Bo's book and tried to follow it, and he's done it! Love him, he's great. Those who stay will be champions, Go Blue!
Bo's lasting lessons?
It was called "How to slap Tom Izzo in the tits and influence people". That's the one JB memorized
Yes I'm assuming, it's the one published right before his death. Beilein has mentioned it before.
Bo's Lasting Lessons was the one published shortly before his death. Earlier he wrote Bo with Mitch Albom.
...will say it's photoshopped.

includes ALL 13 teams this year! It also includes Delaney and a lot of terrible referees who tried to undermine his domination!
Give it to us, Coach B! @JohnBeilein #GoBlue pic.twitter.com/7wuVo1pcCE

I can't stop watching this haha
Izzo celebrating the BTT We Didn't Win But We're Still The Best Team In The Big Ten Championship.
Happy to say I've always seen Beilein and Dave Dombrowski as untouchably good. I remember where that franchise and program were before the two arrived. I wish I could say the two could stay as long as they like but unfortunately things obviously don't always work out that way. At least its hard to imagine anyone calling for JB's head anytime soon.
I think coaching comparisons have to be to other coaches, otherwise the analogies just don't seem to hold up.
True, but I don't realy compare the two. Both rose their respective teams from the dead. It would be tough to compare who was more successful over similar stretches of time.
Its neither here nor there, really. Can honestly say I wouldnt rather have another coach than B.
Are good at putting together a 13 man roster.
I don't really get it. Shouldn't Painter and Izzo be on the canvas?
I'd like to see that with Izzo on the mat. Nice work!
Class act, 100%.
I enjoy Sparty claiming to be "outright" champs when they get clocked in the tourney by their chief rival. In order to call yourself the "outright champs", a team should win the reg season AND their conference tournament. THEN you are outright.
