Please explain how he is a 'mediocre' OL coach? Does one year with a player out of position, a true sophomore, a 5th year that couldnt see the field in his first 4 years and two true freshmen trump everything else hes done in his career?

Well, he has been here for 3 seasons and we have seen a total of 3 seasons of mediocre OL play. So if you want to give him a free pass for last year, which Drev literally apologized to his OL for sucking at his job, and focus on things he accomplished before he got here then go for it. Also picking up stunts is basic OL stuff. Why are we bad at basic things? No excuse for that.
I am not completely off on Drevno yet but I'm close. I would take Warinner over him.

Demoted yes...but with huge paychecks coming still for mulptiple years. If we were going to fire anyone I believe we'd have done it by now so I could see both Pep and Drevno being happy making 1 mil per year to do very little for the next few seasons.
