Damn this sucks. Can’t blame him for pursuing his dream, but would have loved to have him for one more year. Never understood all the hate for him.

Good luck to him.  Team would have been better with him next season, since he would almost certainly get better on defense and off the ball.  Team was worse with him at the middle to end of this season.

Good luck to Jett. He'll soon find out what its like to swim with the really big fish in the NBA or G-League. I am glad Jett declared early so that there is no suspense and he as well as the Michigan BB team can look ahead and plan accordingly.

Jabrill and Rashan, you have company.

Jett will be joining you in the Hall of Fame of players Michigan "fans" hate on the most.

Jett, fuck your blood, sweat, and tears...you didn't live up to the hype in the minds of these "fans" and you left early...thoughts and prayers to any hope you had of leaving Michigan with the high esteem you had when you arrived.

...now this has made me think, who are the most BELOVED Michigan players who actually didn't do that much over the course of their career?

As the season went along I got the feeling he was mentally checking out and as my wife just said, he might have thought he was all of that and a bag of chips. Best of luck but probably better without him. Go K-State!!!!

Not surprising, his effort screamed “I am only here because I have to be.” Good luck to him on the next level and hope to see him reach his full potential.

Good riddance! He seemed self centered and never engaged in the team process-always looking to shoot first. Take the coach with you Jett. can we get JB back?

I really don't get all the hate tland negativity towards Jett. Poor defender and rebounder, not a lot of offensive movement, faded as the season went along. Sounds like a lot of freshmen...

How payed better than Caleb last year and Caleb has still played in the NBA this year.

Jett will get drafted in the 1st round and be a multimillionaire in a few months.

The team plays better without Jett. Lacks effort and hustle. Still starts and minutes don't decrease. Seems more of a coach issue. Same thing with Caleb.

He’s definitely a talented kid but he looked out of sync often and put up some quick dumb prayers rather than working within the offense.

That should fit well with the NBA who has pretty much given up on offensive strategy and cohesion with the other 4 on the floor.

The NBA ain’t what it used to be. Full of ego’s and attitudes these days.

Good luck to him.
