Jersey unveil to be at 1pm on 8/2, Woodson in attendance
Michigan x Jordan: Forged For Greatness.
That's the name of the August 2 jersey unveil event that will be at the Ford Piquette Avenue Plant in Detroit.
The thing will begin at 1pm and is media-only, though I'm sure they'll be streaming it.
Woodson & Woodley will both be in attendance.

MGoJohnStamos noticed something interesting on an edit posted by Kai-Leon Herbert yesterday.
Look at the collar of the jersey here. You can tell something has been edited/cropped out. Also convenient how the numbers are covered up.
Now look at the jersey that was spotted in the locker room months ago that had a new font that was similar to the Chicago Bulls and also features the same collar.
That collar in the first photo is the Nike Flywire collar. So possibly, that means the jersey that has been floating around for awhile could be the real deal or very close to it.
The Jumpman being on the chest with a Flywire collar and potentially a logo at the point of the Flywire like all the other Nike schools have.
I don't see any letters on the uniform in the fuzzy picture. The guy in the foreground is wearing an Adidas shirt.
If you are saying the fuzzy 2 looks thicker than the Bulls 2, I would agree. I will welcome the Bulls typeface, but there is no real evidence that we're switching to it.
I am surprised how anxious I am for this reveal! We can all agree that Michigan's uniforms are both beautiful and important and I don't think any of us want a goofy typeface like Miami's.

Anyway, it's the same NIKE concept, which is what you signed up for.
Bet we'll get a shiny silver or gold jumpman logo once we're in the playoffs like NIKE has done with the swoosh the past couple of years.
Heisman winning Charles Woodson and Jumpman each have seven letters. Coincidence? I think not.
I guess Nike wanted to go with the perspective of the ref and not the one we're used to, but whatever.I wish I could photoshop well, because im picturing a badass Jumpman logo inside the G of the "BIG" logo on the jersey and and "M" at the bottom of the collar part.
I base this on absolutely nothing.
I personally can't wait for the Nike gear release. I actually ordered a bunch of discounted Adidas stuff that MDen was sold out of last week. They refunded the amount of the items and sent me a $20 gift card for my trouble. Who's got it better than us? NOBODY!!!!

But I already spent it, lol, I knew none of this Nike stuff was going to be even close to reasonably priced.
