Jalen Warley, No. 27 Player in 2021, Names Michigan in His Top 10

Jalen Warley, a borderline 4/5-star 2021 guard from Pennsylvania, announced his top 10 today, and the good guys made the cut. LINK.

The 247 Composite has him as the No. 27 player in the 2021 class.

There's a lot of ambiguity in your statement.  I don't live, sleep, and breath crootin, though I do follow (what I thought was) closely.  However, I have no idea whether this kid plays football or basketball?  'Borderline #27' sounds basketball-ish, but being a guard he's either a large individual somewhat slow of feet, or a more streamlined specimen capable of energetic athletic feats.

May I politely ask which?

EDIT:  Guess I could have followed the link instead of typing all that...  LOL!!  Ugh.

Uhh..

There's a link to his page that answers that question.

In the time that you took to write all of that or some reason, you could've typed Jalen Warley into Google like 20 times and got an answer.

Warley's name has been mentioned and he has been discussed many times in recent front page bball recruiting posts by MattEM.

It feels like there's so many people on this blog who always complain about not knowing basketball recruits or basketball posts not being specific enough, yet at the same time basketball recruiting stuff is posted all the time and doesn't get as much engagement. If people want to know these players, then actually read the basketball recruiting stuff

Jalen Warley (247 Link) released a top 10 of Florida State, Miami, Memphis, Michigan, Oregon, Ohio State, Louisville, Virginia, LSU, and Maryland.

He is one of the players Coach Martelli has a longstanding relationship with.

As the OP, I deserve all the criticism that's come my way for not designating which sport this was in the title. That was an oversight on my part. My apologies.

I'll also say that Michigan needs to get all the Jalens.

It seems Jalen Rose made the name Jalen very popular to mothers... at least after he played I saw all these Jalens popping up when the kids came of age... and if this is true.......and not one has played for us since Rose played...  the odds seem astronomical we keep missing on them over and over the past ten years...
