a person who is very interested in and enthusiastic about someone or something.
ps, this is a popular reply photo on twitter.
Nice job bringing up religion, though.

I've said it before. I'll probably say it again;
You argue like a woman. Circular logic, talking in circles, detracting from the point at hand with completely off topic shifts to detract attention from the issue being "DISCUSSed". Good job, dude.
Maybe take a step back? Get off twitter and the blog for a while?

But what would he do with his time?

But Toretta and Ingram (not sure about the other one) had some beefy offensive production to stand on.
December 5th, 2016 at 7:54 PM ^
They had beefy stats--what are Peppers?
December 5th, 2016 at 8:22 PM ^
He put up a lot on the stat sheet.
Defense: 72 tackles, 16 TFLs, 4 sacks, 8 QB hurries, 1 INT and 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble return for 2 points
Offense: 167 rush yards (6.2 YPC) and 3 TDs
Special teams; 310 punt return yards (14.8 avg.) and 1 TD (could have easily had 2 more) and 260 kickoff return yards (26.0 avg.)
There aren't a lot of football players that could do all that. There's a reason why the announcers kept talking about how many positions Peppers played in each game - it was unheard-of. I think his selection is well deserved.

he also had a lot for 3rd down tacklet the kill the opponents' drive. This is likely not on the stat sheet. I think this is one of the most valuable assets that don't show ont he stat sheet. Most team run away from him and expose McCray. That doesn't help Peppers' stat either.

These defensive stats were outdone by tons of defensive players in the country. For example 28 guys had more tackles for loss than he did. He wasnt even in the top ten of many of these stats.

I agree with your post for the most part. Would I say that he is deserving? No. I dont think he had enough "wow" plays especially down the stretch. But would I say that he is worthy of consideration for the Heisman. Absolutely. When you watch him you can comfortably say "yea, this guy is one of the best players in college football. I think there is a lot of outrage with people saying he derserves to be in NYC vs worthy of being in NYC. I don't think anyone thinks he will win the trophy but he certainly is worthy of being invited. Maybe I am just looking at this all wrong and people will think I am crazy.

Sorry again, but I can't point to one thing in the last 5 games that in any way says Peppers is worthy of a Heisman.
That timeframe includes the MSU game, in which he had a sack and another TFL (both on 4th down), five other tackles, a rushing TD, and a defensive 2-point conversion.
He didn't do quite as much in the last four games, granted.

Plus the back flip on the field after the MSU game.

That Des and Charles would want to see Jabrill with comparible state to their Heisman campaign numbers?

Although sounds as if they're taking the position(s) that Jabril a) won't win it and b) they are still happy with their team making the playoffs. Can't blame them for not immediately showing some butthurt
On the other hand - If Peppers WERE to win it, there would be some crying going on with the Buckeye and every other fanbase in the country. lol

I agree, but Peppers might sneak into third if the OU guys really split the vote. Plus I heard somewhere this weekend during a game or pregame show that 10-15% of voters had already turned in their ballots last week. Which wouldn't favor the OU guys as well, since people kind of forgot about them during the middle of the season up until this weekend really.

It's not just u$c. Michigan's record in the Rose bowl period isn't very impressive. A lot of it from the Bo years... *hides from tomatoes coming his way*

Good for him. Now if he'd like to announce on Saturday that he's coming back, I won't hold it against him.
