Just watched the end of the game and saw Luka Garza and other Hawkeyes giving fist bumps to OSU players and staff... something he did not do on Thursday which was brought out on twitter and such.  I guess their butt kicking vs. Michigan made them a bit sour.  Anyway, another OSU loss is something to cheer for! Go blue!

I don't have any numbers on this -- perhaps someone does -- and I know that Ws and Ls certainly aren't the be-all-end-all of the equation, but when was the last time that a 7+ loss team (and OSU will undoubtedly have at least one more L, through the end of the B10 tourney) was a 1 seed in the NCAA tourney?

OSU losing three in a row has knocked them back down to the pack with Illinois and Iowa. But I don't think there are any other teams outside the B1G that have performed well enough to take a #1 seed unless the committee decides to give it to Houston (which I doubt).

I think the B1G Tournament is going to decide the last #1 seed with the team that makes the final or wins the B1G Tournament (if it is not Michigan) getting the last #1 seed.

I wouldn’t really say that MSU football played its best against us in 2018 (21-7 loss) or ‘19 (44-10 loss).  I don’t think they played particularly well this past season either - we just managed to play worse.

We also beat them convincingly in Crisler last year in basketball, when they went on win the Big Ten and were a legit Final Four contender.

Hooray.  Those bastards.

Go Blue.

PS - watch out for foul-trouble / keep the game close troll Izzo.

His plan is for Hunter to be fouled out with 9 min left & he's convinced the refs UM is unworthy.

Anybody watch this past football season?  (change the rules much?)

How about football in 1973 UM vs osu?  (vote FOR osu)

If there is ANY POSSIBLE WAY of the Big Ten to have osu gain an advantage, they will do it.

They WANT a re-match of UM-osu in the tournament & have osu upset Michigan.

You know that's...  S T O R Y L I N E..... and break UM fans hearts, that's what the Big Ten has turned into.

A Michigan hater league.

Go Blue.

Far be it from me to defend the Big Ten or OSU, but they pretty much had to allow them in the BTCG in football.  OSU played five games instead of the minimum six, but of their three cancellations, two were caused by their opponent.  They would have been punished for something beyond their control.  And they beat the second-place team (IU).

(I will go take a shower now.)

For us in basketball, they've been fair by not forcing us to make up all the missed games.  In both cases they've done the common-sense thing.
