Wasn’t able to post the post for some reason, but if Lawrence was eligible for the draft this year, and you were Cincinnati, who would you take?

You act as if Lawrence doesn't also have amazing weapons on offense. Both have great backs and Lines. Higgins and Chase are amazing #1 options

Burrow threw for 1600 yards more, had a 77% completion rate  to Lawrences 68%, 14 more TD, and 2 less INTs

Burrow also did this against much harder defenses than Lawrence cupcake ACC schedule

It’s not just the talent around them. Burrow has been throwing dimes. His throws are exactly where the ball needs to be for only his receivers to make plays and he’s smart about going through his progressions and checking down. Plus that accuracy is amazing especially since that offense does take a decent amount of deep shots. Right now I’d take Burrow easy.

That's what Im saying. Its seriously mind blowing how accurately he places pass after pass, game after game. You do not see this level of accuracy anywhere. In the NFL he will be challenged more to get rid of the ball quicker but you never saw Brees, Rodgers, or Brady in college with this level of consistent accuracy

Good question. Burrow has unquestionably looked better this year, but he's also three years older. Good chance that they're both terrific.

I would like this scenario, because it would drop Chase Young to 3rd.

Just have to hold out hope that the Washington front office melts down and decides to give up on Haskins and draft Tua.

People who question Burrows talent: DO YOU WATCH LSU PLAY AT ALL??????

Burrow is arguably the greatest college QB of all time. His accuracy is amazing. He throws perfect ball after perfect ball.

Burrow>>>>>>>Lawrence

And to think OSU felt that they had what they needed in Haskins and Tathan and were more than fine letting Burrow leave. Not that OSU would be any different last two years with Burrow instead of Haskins & Fields.

Imagine being in a situation where you could let Joe Burrow walk and still go 26-1 in the following two years smh.

I think I would take Burrow because of the in-the-pocket escapability, but they're both damn good.  Without the benefit of hindsight, it's hard to say one is less perfect than the other.

Burrow was dropping dimes all over the field. He’s probably gonna end up being the most accurate passer in NCAA history. Lawrence is fun as hell but I am not sure how anyone could pick him over burrow, especially considering Lawrence probably won’t be galloping all over nfl players

Lawrence is three years younger than Burrow, won the national championship as a freshman, has a cannon attached to his arm, and had a 65 yard touchdown run in this game.

Burrow has had an incredible year and is deserving to be the #1 pick, but he was a backup QB when he was Lawrence’s age.

Lamar Jackson is going to win the NFL MVP and he’s younger than Joe Burrow.

I think Lawrence has the higher ceiling when/if he puts it all together, but it is awfully hard to argue with what Burrow has done.

Get Burrow in the right system with a line that can protect him and I take him.
