Welcome to the family!

I predict Giles Jackson is going to be remembered as one of the most fun offensive players in UM history.  This is the kind of player that makes the spread concepts we're starting to see truly deadly.

Looks like a good player to get the ball to in space. Hopefully JH comes around to actually thowing the ball to these types of guys.

We don't have any of these types of guys.  We are now recruiting them so that we can throw the ball to them.

We ran several plays on Saturday (including two Stitt-style jet sweeps) that can capitalize on slot players/APBs like Jackson.  Giles is on another level though--he can juke you in a phone booth or run right past you, and he's plenty strong enough to break arm tackles.  I do not believe Michigan has ever had a player like this.  The closest analogue played QB: Denard Robinson.

Not really.  Evans is twitchy, but Jackson is smaller, faster, and quicker.  He's much more of a slot than Evans.

Chris Evans is closer to Eric Gray--he's really a RB that can be a dangerous slot receiver.  Giles Jackson is more like Curtis Samuel--a slot that can also do damage from a hand-off.
