I just spent 2-3 minutes watching his film and know that he will be ALL BIG by junior year. I have a much better take than this guy Drevno who ran the camp and is rumored to have coached in the NFL.
Sincerely,
Armchair analyst
Sick of having to log onto my computer to downvote people like you. It was worth it but still...
Yo Bwink2480, you okay?
I am leaving this comment here because you deserve that. This is perhaps one of the most underinformed and ill-advised comments in a while, but as you seem like one of those people who is never satisfied, I can only do so much because if I put you in Bolivia, you'd just tell me that it wasn't good enough and this is Michigan and not Indiana and Bolivia should be deeper and....well, you see where this is going.
I award you no points, and may god have mercy on your soul
Yep, Ohio State would never waste its time recruiting middling three-star athletes like Michael Thomas and Darron Lee. Those guys never amount to anything.
Ohio State loses games? That's impossible, don't they sign all the 5 stars?
Clown
Dude, you really don't have a clue. Top 5 class not good enough? Yes, I only count the most recent class because of the full recruting cycle. But anyone that thinks there won't be 3 star players in a class is delusional. Or a troll. Or maybe both!?
But sure, let's depend on a recruting service loaded with ex coaches (not) to tell us who can play.
Why would we trust Drevno and Harbaigh when Scout and Rivals have proven time and again to be 100% on target with rankings?
I wish you had to pay $20 a month to read profile of players like you have to do with FloPro. It would keep all the idiots out.

preconception to that which is being judged and to that which is doing the judging.
Often times, due to the many reasons people, among other things, that are mis-labeled, others who are a member of these groups, made up in large part due to origional faulty deciisions, are likewise, without knowing a damn thing about them, miscast, almost always, in a manner that does not prove beneficial.
There are a few others on this site who were actually around when they changed the wording from Underdevoped to Developing, remnants of the First, Second and Third World country labels placed on all countries immediately following WW II. Many deserved the Thrid World or underdevoped labeling. Many did not. Many also made great strides to remove this negative connotation from beside their name.
I recall setting around with a number of ex-pats this past winter in the Chapala region of Mexico when this subject was brought up. I said, "If Mexico is considered Third World, the U.S. had better hustle to catch up." There is simply no way you can take all of the U.S. and not be disappointed or perhaps overjoyed if your preconceived notion of who you are about to meet is based on a decision made roughly 70 years ago.
Hell, in the U.S. alone, you are going to meet people from the same state subjected daily to a standard of living, based on such a diverse collection ranging from road conditions, large discrepancies in education, safety, acess to entertainment, natural beauty, et. al. Using Michigan as an example, there is such a huge difference in just the width of the state, roughly 200 miles from the largest eastern city, Detroit than in the largest western city, Muskegon, encompassing and exceeding far more than population.
As stated, if you are going to base your decisions on the preconceptions drawn by a group that you have little knowledge of, the reasons you will be satisfied or disappointed are actually quite self-evident and the fault of no one buy yourself.
Michigan has had some decent 3-star offensive linemen over the years: Perry Dorrestein, Mark Ortmann, Mark Huyge, David Molk, Ben Braden, etc. No offensive line is full of 5-stars, so sometimes you need these under-the-radar types to plug holes - and sometimes they do a pretty good job.
Poser!
I don't think this means we're stopping our pursuit of higher caliber tackles. It just means we might be taking more tackles than previously imagined.
when we were a twisted ankle away from using a redshirt?
Was this english?
the bigger question is: troll... or serious?

Welcome aboard young man. And if you're reading these threads ...if you haven't found this out already....there are a lot of know it all armchair QBs out there that you just need to learn to filter out. I'm sure you'll figure that out soon enough tho.

but in the past 15 years, Ohio State has had 13 10 win seasons and 2 national championships. They've seamlessly changed from Tressel to Meyer with only one down season. The only year they missed a bowl was a year they went undefeated and were ineligiible. I hate to break it to you, but as of right now they're far and away a better program. Not to say we're not closing the gap fast, but there's a reason they're beating us in recruiting.
That's not to say I don't think we're going to kick the shit out of them in November. But recruits' formative years are of Ohio State Dominance and Michigan mediocrity-Above Averageness. Gotta flip the narrative somehow
