Commitment to the good guys seems imminent here.

He has a impressive disparity between his offers and his rankings.

His offers include Texas A&M (where he was set to visit but apparently has cancelled now), Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska (obviously), and UCLA.

His 247 composite rankings are, however, overall 1107 and 89th LB making him a 3*.

He had an amazing senior year with 197 tackles including 17 tackles for loss, seven sacks, 17 more quarterback hurries, an interception and forced fumble.

He is also a standout baseball player with offers to pitch at Washington State.

Their player development is garbage, but it also seems like A&M isn't likely to be pursuing a 3-star in the 1000+ range unless they're seeing something the recruiting industry has missed.

I guess one year of having only two viable LB'rs for most (all) of the season was enough for Harbaugh.  Dude has remade the LB room in a week!  If this guy commits, that room is going to have a lot more depth in the next couple of years.

His ranking really is confusing. Most of his big time offers have come since the summer into this fall but for some reason his ranking doesn’t seem to have caught up. You would think the recruiting services would’ve reevaluated him since he committed to Nebraska and has gotten Michigan, Wisco, and TAMU offers but I guess not

Aside from linebacker, this guy is being recruited to sometimes play full back on goal line situations  (like Harbaugh's Stanford guy when he was there I forget the name) or as the upback on punting formations so he can throw the ball on a fake for the one play every few years against Ohio State. Book it!

Yeah, his offer sheet and general momentum point to a guy who shouldn't be outside the top 1000.  He grades out as an 86 to 247, up 3 since he was initially evaluated.  So feels like a guy who's not going to be a first-day NFL draft pick but maybe a multi-year starter and honorable mention all-conference guy as a senior.  So a nice pickup if they can swing it.
