Harbaugh gets emotional after victory over MSU

If you are like me, you have been all over the interwebs finding more takes, videos, and anything else associated with our awesome win on Saturday.  This is just pure gold and shows an insight into this team.

I think what they had in that locker room is commonly called a "bonding moment."

If you believe that sometimes bye weeks can lead to a lessening of intensity and focus, PSU might be fortunate that they're not playing us next Saturday.

Michigan's bye week. . . I mean, I was wishing it had happened earlier.  This team had to grind through some tough games.

The good news is they're mostly through the revenge tour with only one loss, but they got some things to work on, and some injuries to heal up.  PSU would've been lucky to face UM in its current state with little time to recover or fix what opponents have exposed.

Maybe I’m in the minority but I think the bye week came at a perfect time.

Gives them an extra week to rest up, get healthy, and perhaps most importantly, decompress after a huge emotional win. You always risk letdowns or coming out flat right after games like this. No one is immune from them.

Take the next few days to enjoy the win, knowing you’ve got the bye, get it out of your system (for lack of a better term) and then right back to the grindstone for PSU.

A good coach assumes responsibilities that extend far beyond the playing field when a player commits.  In the case of football, a coach is tasked with turning boys into men, not only on the playing field but in the classroom and as responsible adults.  There is a great deal of love, sometimes tough love, between a coach and his  players and it flows in both directions.  This was one of those moments.

I can't believe we had fans saying that Harbaugh doesn't care anymore in the off season and that he has checked out. He looked beat up more than anything to me, but I never believed that he didn't care anymore.

This was a satisfying win on so many levels, one of which was to punch Le Petit Frere in the face and remind him of his place.  Another was to stomp on D'Antny's ego.  Walking through our warm up with that bitch ass grin on his face was one of the most assholey moves a coach could ever make. We were by far the better and tougher team and shove a big one up that muh fucka's ass.

That is an absolutely terrific video.

Yeah, Harbaugh is goofy.  But he's goofy in a way that relates to these young players, and it's obvious -- so crystal-clear obvious -- that they love their coach.

Any recruit seeing that video has to be thinking to themselves, "I want to be a part of that."
