Harbaugh coaching possibilities

Listening to the game Golic made a good comment about Harbaughs contract and NFL teams. Most of us are well aware the current regime for the lions are on their way out. So the question for the board, is there a hypothetical where the lions “pull” Harbaugh away from Michigan?
Personally, This could really be the best of both worlds for Harbaugh. he could still live or be close to AA, while moving on “graciously” to a team that just being in the playoff conversation is being successful.

I know Manuel doesn't have the stones to ever replace Harbaugh regardless of how bad he has failed, so praying that some team in the NFL will offer him the moon. Just please get him the F out of AA.

Word is that Harbaugh wants to stay and the University wants him to stay. A new 10 year deal is currently being worked on. This is according to Dan Dierdorf and his insider info.

The team should replicate the movie 'Varsity Blues' and fire Harbaugh themselves at halftime. They could then let one of the injured players coach the rest of the game.  They could run the 'hook and ladder' and everything...

Michigan’s recruiting under HarbAugh has been good when you look at class rankings, but not great for getting top playmakers at key positions. Michigan is a good coaching gig, but it’s not great because recruiting talented playmakers, the type of superstars currently on the playoff caliber teams, is so difficult. This difficulty is not academics related, but geographic. 1. Michigan is a cold weather state; 2. Michigan is not a talent rich recruiting area. This means Michigan has to recruit nationally, and that’s a tough thing to do when your program has lost its aura a bit. And Harbaugg does t seem to have the charisma or the support staff to make it a big time draw, despite the Dax Hills and the Jj McCarthys that come in once in a while.
