From how it reads, it would…

From how it reads, it would appear he is talking about how much he got from the college is the same as they get nowadays. You’re getting a scholarship, room, board, books, and tuition.

I think the love Harbaugh…

I think the love Harbaugh wants to see is an AD that shows him support and love the way Ono has.

The CFP committee set a…

The CFP committee set a standard last year of avoiding rematches in the semi finals. So it should be guaranteed to be Mich vs TCU and UGA vs oSU. Only thing left to decide is who is 1 and who is 2.

There is currently no…

There is currently no maximum monthly amount. May also be a way for some larger donors to pay all the players

I moved to the Knoxville…

I moved to the Knoxville area about 1.5 years ago and wouldn’t trade it.

The weather is great, except it can get a bit toasty in the summer. The winters are very mild and the mountains do a great job to kill most of the strong storms.
There are tons of outside things to do. Lots or parks and areas to hike, a fair amount of rivers and lakes around the area for boating, kayaking, etc. a large amount of running clubs as well.

The craft beer scene is phenomenal as well, and a lot of the breweries have events like trivia and yoga on Sunday morning.

Each area has a different feel to it. West Knox is pricier but filled with more transplants, Sokno is closer to the mountains and gorgeous but they take longer to warm up to transplants.

The largest negative is the allergies, which are terrible. You will need nasal spray and meds typically.

Seriously? Give any good…

Seriously? Give any good teams why will eventually capitalize, so kudos for Louisville for capitalizing on the extra opportunities. It’s like you think it’s Michigan against themselves. So kindly go F yourself sir

Feel like there is a solid…

Feel like there is a solid way for this to all play out if your Harbaugh: If rumors of Weiss helping with play callsare to promote Weiss to Co-OC with Moore and opens up Bellamy to WR Give Hart title of Assoc HC (if nothing else helps passify a lot of the fanbase/boosters and gets him a pay bump). Go after Patridge to pair as Co-DC with Clink and than go after the best young up and coming linebacker/edge coach you can get.

Any coach besides Helow…

Any coach besides Helow leaving and people will really start to loose their shit

RTC surgery is very…

RTC surgery is very dependent on the surgeon. I have treated a lot of pts and it’s honestly the largest factor of their outcome. If your in the Detroit area or within a couple hour drive I would highly recommend Dr. Laith Farjo. He is an amazing surgeon all around

It’s odd to think that him…

It’s odd to think that him leaving New England to make the super bowl with Tampa actually cements him as the greatest Quarterback in NFL history as it eliminates the argument that it’s because of Bellicheck

That highlights the question…

That highlights the question: is it because Juwan is that good of a coach that hunter is doing so well, Hunter is just better than walker and the recruiting services were wrong, or a mixture of both

They really seem to be. And…

They really seem to be. And not saying it’s a smart decision, but I could see the lions doing something stupid like offering him GM/HC

I’m very torn also, and…

I’m very torn also, and there really isn’t. I question if there are some institutional issues that cause large hindrances to recruiting. but the recent recruiting prowess of basketball and hockey I feel that’s been silenced to some aspect. So fuck it, roll the dice and go for elite status

What a new and innovative…

What a new and innovative way to complain

It looks like Hockey is…

It looks like Hockey is going to out score the football team this weekend and might not even be that close. I’m already preparing my response to people giving my crap about Michigan football by saying: what do you mean? We obliterated ASU this weekend in hockey.

I mean I did say no but let…

I mean I did say no but let's not read the entire post. Fleck was the one coach it seemed like everyone was clammering over last year hence him being named first, and being a hard no personally as a candidate.

That explains the POTUS…

That explains the POTUS involvement, which is probably his smartest decision in the last 4 months to attempt to gain some positive traction with people. But I find it hard to think the parents and players give a crap if they are in a swing state or not.

Maybe we have a higher fandom/obsession, maybe its because the Pac-12 always seems to be forgotten (even when college football is being played), or some other random reason but it does bring up an intriguing question as to why they seem to be perfectly okay with it in Pac 12 country compared to the Big Ten region.

Do we know what the Sn and…

Do we know what the Sn and Sp of the testing is?

Your right it really isn't…

Your right it really isn't sinister, at least on the surface due to HIPAA. But it would be nice to see the entirety of these letters over the cherry picking parts and highlighting what the actual response is from the University of Alabama to know if they are being sinister or not. If there is faculty complaining about it, it makes me think rather Alabama's response is piss poor or they did a piss poor job of informing faculty of how they will handle cases

To say they have been…

To say they have been disproven is a poorly chosen and incorrect statement, they are under question. There are questions about the data that was collected and presented in the recent paper that showed a significantly high percentage of people having myocarditis. So, like most things with this novel coronavirus, it's still a mystery the extent of the heart issues.

That's why I was hoping they…

That's why I was hoping they would move the season back several weeks to see how they are able to manage before making a decision. If the students are going to be there anyways, might as well give it more time. Even if it results in the season still being cancelled there would be a population getting tested frequently making it easier to trace.

Or said screw it, they aren't college athletes and put them in a bubble which seems damn near impossible with the size of a football team.

He really highlights the…

He really highlights the areas though that a lot of people on this board are so pissed about - following all CDC, health and safety guidelines. I.E they wear masks and maintain as much social distance as they can. And it really highlights just how shitty we have been in America at just doing those things.

As Harbaugh says this isn't easy, this is hard. Just like everyone needs to accept, the social distancing and wearing of masks isn't easy, it's hard. But it's necessary at this time to save lives. So for the sake of our nation and peoples lives, just do it.

Please explain how any of…

Please explain how any of this is a hoax

I'm not sure why you are…

I'm not sure why you are getting downvoted for this? It's an important detail to note and if not for the global pandemic the public would rarely get access to an unedited manuscript

That was my same takeaways,…

That was my same takeaways, and is in line with everything else I have read about those who "appear" to get Covid-19 a second time.

Here are a couple other…

Here are a couple other positive items on the antibody treatment front.

This is the one I have been following rather closely, mostly because I have felt like it was our best chance to really change the fight against covid in a major way. They are on phase 3 trials and testing in 3 different capacities - prevention, mild cases, and severe cases.

These, out of pure fascination and interest, I have been following. And it involves Llama's!

I'm curious as to what "all…

I'm curious as to what "all students back" really means. Is it as simple as dorms are open and allowing students to be on campus, Is it classes that can be online are online but all labs are smaller and in person. Does it mean all classes have to be back to their normal format, even the large lecture halls.  If it's the latter, we won't have football. If it's some combination of the first 2 than there is a real possibility we could. Key word: possibility

From just reading the…

From just reading the outline we are clearly progressing, if not already solidly, into stage 3. Our deaths are not clearly declining so we aren't in stage 4. Once they do, we are clearly progressing into stage 4. For stage 5 it's hard to put a finite number to that, so that won't happen because its a fluid situation. Things change daily, over specifics cause more negatives than positives.

I'm a PT and haven't really…

I'm a PT and haven't really heard tons of the foundation training. It does look interesting and it's hard to find really good courses for low back pain (they are almost all redundant and learn little to no new stuff). This is something I am going to add to my list of cont Ed courses to keep an eye on to take so thanks for the post!

Assuming people start doing…

Assuming people start doing what they are supposed to and we don't see a re-uptick of cases in China and Japan, who have rolled back some measures, we will start seeing some measures rolled back in June. It won't be anywhere what we are used to as normal, but it will be positives.

Well actually it's really…

Well actually it's really believed to be much lower. The reason being is they are theorizing a lot of cases go unreported due to the symptoms mimicing a cold in most people

It really does seem like a…

It really does seem like a solid idea, or at least worth a try. Would not be surprised in the least in the next several years other teams catching onto this. Can we do this with Woodson or Brady when he retires, or both?

I give him lots of props if…

I give him lots of props if he can manage the PT program and play a major sport. Missing one day of grad school is like missing an entire week of unergrad.

On a side note, he just needs to go to UM-F. Michigan degree for the Flint price.

I have been thinking this…

I have been thinking this myself. It always seemed and sounded like he was great in practice and it never translated to the game, and I got to believe Harbaugh isn't just going to have him start since he "likes him". He had to see something in practice that made him keep starting him.

For all accounts, Tank seems…

For all accounts, Tank seems to be a guy that the players really like and makes really good connection with them which should lead him to being a very good recruiter. My larger worry is who are we going to have take over the New Jersey region because we are in for a fair number of recruits in that region

Seldon to cover slot guys…

Seldon to cover slot guys since he seemed very quick twitch and good speed. Mullings seems like he will be in the rotation, especially by the end of the year due to his pure athleticism. Corum seems like he will also be in the rotation, especially due to his explosiveness as well. And Henning seems like he should get into the rotation as well with showing his willingness to block in the all star game. I could see one or two other guys getting some run late or on special teams as well

I still say the largest…

I still say the largest turning point of this year was the, seemingly, purposeful taking out of McCaffrey by Wisconsin in that 2nd half. It.had that feel that McCaffrey would be able to take the reigns at that point and not look back

So if Harbaugh lays another…

So if Harbaugh lays another egg next year and Fleck has another good year in Minnesota fire Harbaugh and back up the truck to Flecks house?

Can we make a motion that…

Can we make a motion that for basketball commits we use saddle up?

Great read. Seems like Biff is a great person. And that outfit is hilarious and awesome

I really hope Michigan and…

I really hope Michigan and Iowa both wear patches this coming year in remembrance of Bump.

That's what I have been…

That's what I have been holding onto but damn I didn't realize how light both Lewis and Jenkins currently are. I'm going to hold onto saying it just means it can be all good weight added and not needing to get rid of bad weight.

If, and I use a very strong…

If, and I use a very strong if, Patterson returned I would think it only affects McCaffrey. Could actually be looked at as a positive for Milton. Patterson would for sure.be in his last year and would be the odds on favorite to win the position the next year. Where if McCaffrey is the QB next year he could be there for several years.

This hear. This point is not…

This hear. This point is not to be overstated. In the game to decide the Big ten east Penn States defense showed up with a plan. Michigan did not and got out coached and made, yet again, to look like fools. That's on the DC. This is the most important game of the year, if you lay 2 eggs as a defense your ass gets canned. No matter how good you do the rest of the year, so sorry brown but you should be fired. If that happens and they lose next year than as much as I hate to say it but Harbaugh is the next to go.

As a former long snapper i…

As a former long snapper i wanna know how  the fuck you go offisdes. Literally all you are watching is the long snapper. He cost his team 7 points! If we lose by less than 7 remember that dumb ass play as costing us big time

Im saying we take our…

Im saying we take our football home and yell at them we will see you on the hard court.

You are very welcome

You are very welcome

If we start getting multiple…

If we start getting multiple 5 star basketball recruits we really will be a basketball school

The damn shame is I thought…

The damn shame is I thought McCaffrey was poised to take the starting job with how bad the O looked in the first half against Wisconsin, or at least the chance to and against rutgers for your first start would be the pert ask. Than he got injured against Wisconsin until he got hurt and now may not get that shot at all this year
