Is Harbaugh allowed to communicate in-game?

I just want to know if he'll be let in the locker room after the game. He deserves to celebrate with his players.

I still think he should fast rope down to the 50 yard line from a CH-53 when the game ends. Then they should take Day's hat and play keep away until he cries.
