Happy Memorial Weekend Posbang!!

Having insomnia, so I thought I would get the party started! My family is at the cottage on Lake Michigan for the weekend - lots of barbecuing, card games, and catching the Indy 500. What will you be doing to kick off summer? Wishing all my MGoFriends a safe and happy Memorial Weekend!

Feeling very POSITIVE about this being a three day weekend, even if there is NO SUCH THING AS AN OFF DAY.

Relatedly I just had my third cup of coffee.

Definitely going to remember to take time out to remember and give thanks for those who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.

To make it a 4 day weekend. Golfed Pilgrims Run, Fireball and some Miller Lite. Finished with a birdie on 18. Culdesac BBQ's this weekend, chill out then up to Treetops next weekend for 63 holes in 2 days. Oh yea.

Pilgrims Run is a great course. One of the Par 3's on the back 9 there is the closest I ever came to a hole in one. The ball was literally on the edge of the cup. One more ball revolution and I would have had it. Still one of the most beautiful courses out there.

on that hole. I hit the cluster of bunkers on the right side but fortunately hit a nice shot and made the 4 footer. Still haven't got a hole in one, maybe at Threetops. One can hope.
