Interesting.
I love Cade's internal resolve/strength.
I have played and watched a ton of interscholastic sports. I have never booed anyone nor have I been booed. So, I cannot speak directly to fans behavior in this regard. I do, however, have a very strong opinion in this regard-of fans who boo interscholastic players of the games-ignorant, bad-charactered fools who suck.

had the misfortune of sitting next to a large, ornery female alum who was probably in her late 60s in 2017, vs Air Force. She boo'd Speight all game long and a couple times when he was tackled said she hoped he suffered a season ending injury. I finally let her know that she must be a miserable person wishing injuries on kids playing sport. she looked the other way, acted like i wasn't talking to her.
she quieted down for maybe 10 or 15 minutes, but was just as ignorant the rest of the game. sadly, it isn't just immature kids... there are some real shit stain adults in the crowd too.

Just a thought, but if current players and even Harbaugh do interviews with Lewan and Barstool maybe we should reassess if it should be allowed on the board.

Will Compton is cringe
Watched all the interviews,enjoyed them.As far as TL and WC I take into account they are on camera and want views and play this stuff up.Go watch the 30 for 30 on The U.
They talk about being scared to go into that lockerroom if you did not practice hard.
I watched the Zinter/Keegan interview the other day and what stuck out to me was the NIL discussion. I don’t know if he was talking out of his ass or not, but Compton was suggesting that Nebraska starters were all making or at least given the opportunity to make 6 figures a year whereas Michigan’s O-line seemed to be making shit still.
As a casual observer, the conversation to me has been people complaining that Michigan is far behind or at least not taking advantage of their brand when it comes to NIL and then people like Sam suggesting that’s surely not the case. Given that Sam’s a company man it’s hard to truly trust him, but at the same time it’s also hard to trust a podcaster bro. My head still leans to Michigan being behind other schools (at least those who take it serious), but what do I know?

I wondered the same thing and concluded that Compton (WC) is just dumb. I watched Corums video where he claimed Casey Thompson told WC that starters on Nebraska make 6 figures. I thought the same thing. Every player is making 6 figures? Even the offensive lineman and Dtackles? No way.
So I went back and watched the interview they had with Casey Thompson and he said starters at Nebraska "can make 6 figures". He didnt say (at least in the interview) that ALL nebraska starters make 6 figs, just certain ones (he included as the presumed starting QB).
So yeah I dont think Nebraskas starting right gaurd is getting paid 6 figures lol
I found these interviews to be absolutely disgusting, cringey, offensive, the questions sophomoric, and VERY intertaining (I.e. like totally sick bro). The interviews with Denard and Zinter/Keegan we're very raw. While most people OBVIOUSLY don't condone or agree some of the stories, I can appreciate the candor. I don't find them to be likeable guys (Compton especially), but It's refreshing to remove facade and get past the typical boilerplate scripted answers. I'm certain the pearl clutchers will hate it and feel compelled to express their moral outrage to display how virtuous they are. It's always so nauseating and contrived. No one cares if your a good person. It's possible to listen or view things as a casual observer and find it interesting/entertaining without making it a whole fucking thing. There's always Coco Melon or the Hallmark channel if you like your entertainment to be tame.

Why is everyone so butthurt about Barstool Sports? Just because it’s not the content that boomers are used to you don’t need to have mods actively take it down.
