Happy Friday fellow MGoBloggers. It’s been over a month since I’ve banged so let’s get banging

Blah...  My car was dinged up in a fender bender last week.  Last night, I got the news that the insurance company decided it was a total loss.  The damage?  Need a new hood, both headlight assemblies, grill, and adjustment of the right quarter panel to let the passenger door open.  Doesn't seem like a lot...  The estimate is $7K to repair, roughly equal to however the Ins Co (State Farm) decides it's worth.  Still have 9 payments left, and was really looking forward to no payments for a while.

Insurance is a heartless jackal of a scam.  I need to get banged hard...

State farm sucks. I got into an accident in 2016. No tickets were issued to me or the other driver. Months later, the other driver sued for personal damages (something like $5000). Rather than fight it, State Farm accepted "partial fault" on my part, so now I have an at fault accident on my insurance record. The worst part is that they didn't even tell me about this. I didn't find out until over a year later when, shopping for new insurance, a Liberty Mutual agent told me that I had an "at fault" accident on my record.

Friday is just the ending of my work week for The Man and the beginning of my two day work week for the Wife.

Has anyone had experience with a To Do List that actually gets shorter? Asking for a friend.

Bought my house in 2017. Found out now that the subfloor has dry rot and needs to be torn up and repaired/replaced. Luckily I can lay the new flooring myself to save some money but, damn, this sucks. I could use a bang!

Negbang me all you like, but I’m feeling something approaching optimism about this new football coaching staff. Compete on the trail and inject some energy that the prior staff (and HC) sorely needed!

LFG!

Although i love the recruiting hires, i don't think recruiting was our problem.  It was coaching.  I'm willing to bet that Michigan has about the number 8 or 9 recruiting classes averaged over Harbaugh's tenure.   Maybe higher.

Its coaching that was the problem.  Hopefully these young guns are good at coaching also.

Well, this morning my daughter was yelling in excitement because she found the elves hidden in our dining room cabinet. Her excitement was quickly subdued when my 3rd grade son said, “so they aren’t real.”
