Say hello to this lovely lady for me. I love the UP.

I am the head of my department and today I will find out if we get the deserved raises that I have been strategically working for.
People in my department don't know how much work I've put into this, and through their conduct, have made the process more difficult.
We probably aren't getting the raises.
After I find out we don't get them, I'm camping all weekend in thunderstorms with a leaky tent.
But still, who's got it better than us? Nobody.
Congrats. My boss gave me an extra title this week, which came with 50% more work and about 20% more pay.
I'm still not sure how to feel about it. Lol.
Just take the 20% more pay and decline the 50% more work.
Duh.
I didn't think I had a choice. Thanks, but it's too late. Now...
All hail Coach Beilein. Congrats DJ.. Thanks for Going Blue!
Happy MGoFriday! Must be getting close to CFB seasons we're starting these posts within 5 minutes of midnight now!

Only 38 days until Fall Practice starts. Kermit's getting the glee club psyched.
This week has dragged ass. Looking forward to 3pm when I can leave. Boss isn't in so I can guarantee I will do the bare minimum today, I might not even get anything done - fingers crossed. I think I will however attempt to set a record for most consecutive revolutions in my office chair.

One of my favorite sayings. That sign should be at every cabin, beach house, lake house, etc.
the state of Michigan athletics. From the NBA draft, to the improvement of the Wolverines' football team. Lots to be excited about! And fall is right around the corner. Yes
Well, if you live in some parts of Wayne County, last night was.....oh.....a bit windy, a bit stormy, definitely rainy. I get to start my weekend on storm duty, in fact, so that's always exciting. Well, maybe "exciting" is not the word that I should use, but still, that's what I am facing this weekend.
Attack the day with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind! Kind of like this guy.
