Ice water. Haven't touched alcohol in over a month and I'm kinda liking it.
I feel fantastic whenever I take time off from drinking, not sure why I always go back!

Colorado! I'm excited to move back out to the Mountain West. The first things I saw when I came home were my bar exam books. I promptly picked them up and put them in the closet.

I just spent what may have been the best Monday night of my life in Nashville on Broadway. Holy moly, the music, the people, the music, the people, the food, the music, the lights, the sound, oh freakin' my it was sooooooooooooo great. It was well set up by golf, mechanical bull riding, line dancing, foosball, and food, people, and music. And followed by more food, people, and music. I may never bother with Times Square again. Did I tell you I enjoyed myself?

Fun fact: I know someone who played with Andrew svechnikov and it’s pretty well known in the hockey world he’s a 98 birthday, not what he claims to be or is listed at, which is a 2000 birth year. Apparently it’s pretty common for European players to have fudged birth years so they can dominate a younger age group in juniors. Usually the kids that have to do that aren’t as good and it doesn’t end up affecting anything, but svechnikov was the 2nd pick. Wonder where he would have gone in his correct draft year based on where he was as a player two years ago.

thinking i'll take the boys fishing for salmon smolt tomorrow. its fly fishing and i just like to get them on fish. they seem to enjoy it a lot and we're supposed to get over 60 tomorrow so dry flies may be in order.
