Why no? You do realize our head coach is the hottest thing in college football at the moment. The allegations are small potatos and the narrative sucks but there is a growing counter-narrative. That is, Jim Harbaugh is loved by his players and has his guys backs. And, contrary to most media held opinions, he is actually a nice guy. Helluva good football coach. Stubborn yes, but about the right things. Besides maybe Coach Prime, Harbaugh should be the coach players want to play for and parents want their kids mentored by.
We should lean hard into that. Has the added benefit of driving the rest of the B1G and a large majority of the media batshit crazy.

And Jim Harbaugh and everyone else associated with the program would say lean into the “team”, not the coach.
Had Michigan lost against PSU while “Harbaugh Vision” was kept in a smaller screen in the corner of your TV, the CFB world would’ve went into meltdown mode no matter how entertaining.
If last Saturday’s game is any indication of how focused/determined this team is, the only way I see this team losing is if they beat themselves.

I'm all for it as long as Harbaugh sets the interview rules and all questions are submitted and approved. Harbaugh gets to make whatever point he wants- I say yes.
I'm pretty sure that Michigan's head coach who is suspended for this game can not be required by the B10 to do an interview.
I'm curious what leverage this Fox reporter thinks she has over Jim Harbaugh because she said, "...He can't say no to me this time" full quote below
“I know that Fox will do whatever we can to make sure some sort of Harbaugh Cam and I will do my best to get all that inside scoop,” Taft said. “And he is going to talk to me if he is there. He can’t say no to me this time.”
PS shitty national media- this is how you include the full quote instead of trying to take a portion of a quote out of context. Sad that a Michigan MBA has to show you how not to do biased reporting.

Jenny and Jim are on friendly terms. When she says "He can't say no to me this time", she does not mean that he is not allowed to say no, she means that "I think he'll do me a solid and talk to me."
It might be false bravado on her part or it might mean that she's just going for the power of positive thinking. But she has to try it. This is her first down that she has to make.

Michigan should refuse. If Fox wants help boosting their ratings, Harbaugh has to come back. No reason to give Fox a monetary interest in keeping Harbaugh suspended.

At this point I say skip the Maryland game so they get their fill and then coach the OSU game. The rest of the college world would be fine with a two game punishment and would want him coaching the Game. But coming back now in their mind wouldn't be enough

That solution does exist. The judge could take the TRO under advisement and then issue it after the MD game. That would also ensure that the 14- day duration would cover both the OSU and B1G championship game. Would keep Petitti's greasy mitts off our 3rd straight B1G title.

EDIT: I didn't watch the video so clearly I missed that it was a half-kidding thing and probably referring to him always passing off his interview. Completely harmless, but also he's still not going to talk to you, Jenny.

If this is from the Dan Patrick show, it wasn't all that weird. She was saying it in the context of him hating interviews and her letting him bolt when he wants - but she wouldn't let him bolt from this (as if she could stop him).
