Time to let him go is now.  Year after year with disappointment to end year.

Hopefully you're joking, but if you are serious with this post, you are either an idiot, know absolutely nothing about the landscape of college baseball, or both.

Bakich does a heck of a job with a team from the north, let’s just set that record straight right now...

For next year... Henry and Kaufman will be drafted, Brewer too, 3 senior starters on offense,  they’ve got a lot of rebuilding to do.  the reason our record is so good is because of 3 VERY good pitchers vs normally subpar competition, consistently going deep into games.  Finding 2 starters is absolutely necessary to maintain this level.

The recruiting class of 2 years ago was fantastic (for the B1G).  We don’t start a single freshman, Next year this team will be led by juniors, the narrative that this team is young is a little overplayed.

They went through some years that were pretty tough before Bakich got here. They were pretty damn good all year and had lost the last two series of the year to come in 2nd in the big ten. They also might get swept out of the B1G tourney (Currently down 3-0 to Illinois in the bottom of 7th but threatening with 2nd and 3rd with 1 out).

Any notion of firing Bakich because the bats went cold is ridiculous. 2017's recruiting class was the best in the history of the B1G. Recruiting top players to cold weather places is very hard. The weather is shit for the entire season so top players from the Midwest go south or to the draft and it's impossible to get top guys from the west or south up here.

CC: Rich Hill?  Might as well have alums coach all the sports.  Looking forward to the day when Luke Glendening or Dylan Larkin coaches the hockey team (but not for several years).

Bakich is a good man.

A Baseball season runs in streaks if you haven't heard.

Bakich will not give up.  Expect M to be good in baseball for years to come w exceptional young men.

Backich has made the program respectable. HOWEVA, this is the second year in a row Michigan has completely shit the bed down the stretch. I don’t see them making the tournament. This is embarrassing. Something has to change.

In the meantime, after giving up two runs in the top of the 7th to fall behind the Illini 3-0, we've come back in the bottom of 7 to tie it at 3 apiece.

On BTN right now.

8th inning about to begin, Keizer coming in to relieve.
