Even if Erin had managed to hold off Schweizer from Missouri for 1st place, we would have had the same score as Oregon, but they would have won the tiebreaker as their 6th runner was ahead of ours.
Still, a great accomplishment for the team for their runner-up finish, even defeating Colorado, who was the favorite coming in.

Michigan's Jamie Phelan finished one tenth of a second behind Oregon's Maggie Schmaedick. If she could have passed her, Michigan would be national champs.
