Edwards factoids courtesy of ESPN
The Wolverines were held to just 10 yards rushing in the first half, but Edwards exploded in the second half with 170 yards and two touchdowns in the fourth quarter, which was the most by a Power 5 player since Jamaal Charles did it for Texas in 2007 against Nebraska.
Edwards also became the first player in Michigan history to record multiple 75-yard touchdown runs in a single game and his final tally of 216 rushing yards is the second-most by a Michigan player against the Buckeyes all time, behind Tim Biakabutuka's 313 yards in 1995.

Can't wait to have a healthy Corum and Edwards to face Georgia

Speaking of which, is Harbaugh going to sit all the injured guys again vs Purdue? LOL

Too soon. Way too soon. Hahaha

Simply incredible performance! 🤩
I also just learned that osu scored a grand total of 3 2nd half points!

and upon further study, it seems that 3 is much, much less than 28. so there you have it.

We just scored again.

Did you hunt today?
I'm taking some credit for the win since I hunted this morning and got home by the second quarter.

i posted this earlier, hunted this a.m., nothing doing. but when the game came on i was just way too antsy and in the first quarter went back out. shot a deer, gutted and skinned it as my best effort at an old testament sacrificial offering to the Almighty to defeat the forces of satan. apparently it worked. deer carcass hanging in the barn aging. will butcher it up in a couple of days.
i should add that i was back and cleaned up enough to see the last 5 minutes of the game. freaking glorious.

Before the game started I poured a shot and said a silent prayer to my sister, my father, my brother , my nieces and my brother-in-law who all went to Michigan like me.
it worked.

XM- you literally missed most of the game to hunt? I don’t get fans who don’t watch every minute of this game live. Crazy to me

Donovan Edwards grew as a runner this year. This was the exclamation point. His five-star speed was on display, but he learned how to read the line and find the hole this year. That's great coaching by Mike Hart.

They took Henderson over him. Suckers.
November 26th, 2022 at 9:08 PM ^
His 2 long TD runs were so fast that it didn't seem like he ran as far as he did.

Edwards is a holy terror. Add in his receiving abilities…and his passing skills (1 for 1 for 75 yards, TD, career)…amazing player!!

Need to get that hand healthy for another legendary passing performance in Indy!

And yet Corum is still better. Crazy. Embarrassment of riches.

DE is awesome and we will be explosive next year. Stokes will make the sophomore jump next year..
Mike Hart gets all the credit for turning this running game into a beast. What a coach!

Plus another year of development/strength training/coaching from Hart for Tavi Dunlap, as well as adding Cole Cabana from Dexter. RB room will be a strength yet again next year.
