Hello all, just wanted to start a game day thread because there doesn't seem to be one yet.

On the MSU v Nebraska broadcast, there was a shot of an 〽️ fan in the stands wearing binoculars and a sign saying "Michigan Sign Scout" and "Free Stalions" on it.  I'm not recording that game.  Did anybody get a screen capture if it?

How do they not even review that for targeting? I don’t think it would have been targeting, but OSU always seems to get the benefit of the doubt. If it was Michigan, the officials would have reviewed it.

It’s funny that we are discussing OSU (the best team in the country) getting bailed out bc Rutger is so bad. It becomes more clear why they are more interested in UM than their own team.

What the heck is Rutgers doing?  RB #5 is carrying the team down the field.  Yet every time they get inside the 10, they get cute and don't run #5.  It's happened at least 3 times now.

Rutgers should be up at least 16-7 right now.

If OSU wins by 5, trust me, this will feel very close to a loss for that fanbase. TBF, Rutgers is the team that played Michigan closest this year as far as the final score goes.

This game feels not unlike last week's against Wisconsin where OSU can't really do anything but the other team's QB is so bad that they'll just squeeze them into some bad plays and win ugly.  This Ohio St. team looks about as weak a #1 seed as I've seen in a while.

Oh Rutgers….3 possessions inside the 5 yard line only to come away with a total of 9 points.  Then driving the field and throwing a pick six….such a Rutger thing to do.  Maybe Day is paying Schiano to throw the game.

OSU will win this, obviously.  But OSU really can be hammered on the ground.  Rutgers has zero passing threat, and OSU still can't stop RU's run game.

While, given the ongoing witch hunt, we all want Michigan to win 50-0 tonight...I would not mind at all if JH decided to use this as a game to run 85% of the time and just get the o-line game reps running the ball.  We did that a lot last year, and have not done it yet this year.  That would pay off at the end of the month against OSU.
